I've tried several times to get some sort of help. I didn't qualify, because I was employed too recently and this last time because my tax return from two years prior was too much. Some people say it works for people really in need, but I'll sadly tell them they're completely wrong. It's badly broken.

I know that’s true, I worked since I was 15, and when your in dire needs still no help but if I had no assets or not worked, help was no problem. It’s a screwed system.

Nature's finest! And infants can get that for free ! Too bad more birth moms don't want to give it a go or at least try instead of relying on hard to get, expensive formula. Damn shame.

Is the Dickey kid who early in the year before suffering an injury was hitting around .400 still on the shelf? Anyone know if he will be good to go soon?

He has been injured. If he is able to come back, they will probably try to get him a few AB before the regional. If they are not sure, they will sit him until he can go. I have not heard anything either way.

I've looked everywhere. It's not sickness anymore, I'm pretty much healthy. It's just financial crap.

Hate to hear you're dealing with this. Medical bills drowning people in the greatest country on Earth makes my blood boil.

A family member relayed a message from my Vandy baseball fan "uncle" who's in Ukraine:

"So badly want to have a TN baseball conversation with ___ and ____! TN will likely be the #1 seed. Beware the dangers of that position. Few #1s have made it to the College World Series in the last 20 years. #1 team's are rarely challenged. TN is on cruise control. Great pitching. Great hitting. No need for small ball or to have to manufacture runs. Complacency is only natural and dangerous."

He's totally right, and I think we all know that too. As soon as the post season starts, everything up to this point means nothing. It's basically a new season, winner take all.

My wife tried but it unfortunately did not work for us. We didn’t want to have to pay for expensive formula. But go ahead with your narrative

That's a tough question. All three require good coaching, skill at just about every position, lots of talent and in all three you have to get all the breaks and make some of your own. I think luck plays a big role as well.

It can be very challenging for lots of moms due to just not producing enough to satisfy the infant or even struggling to get the infant to "latch on" properly. Then it frustrates both the mom and the infant. This happened to us but, fortunately my wife got a breast pump and filled bottles that way.
