The problem with this line of thinking is no other coach before him at Bama has done what he has. So he HAS to have played some part.

I’ve said all long this was right coach for the right school at the right time. Probably the best fit in the history of the sport. With any other coach Bama doesn’t win like this and with any other school Saban doesn’t win like this. The Bama part is in real threat to get neutralized. Just like all the other coaches sans maybe Kirby, they have all not even approached what they did at Bama. We are probably about to see how Saban handles it as well.
Bear Bryant did it before him, at Bama, and we know he was a cheater.

I think I read where there is a Police force out West that has had success with deploying a 'softer' approach in large group settings, to de escalate. IE large angry mob, cops not carrying shields and batons helps to not incite crowd.
Let's see you try this tactic and come back and tell all of us how it worked out! lol

Those older Rangers are great. I'm sorely temped by the Maverick, which I think is about the same size and gets 42!!! mpg city in the hybrid version. I don't need a truck for anything, but I want one.
It’s been a good truck, just got done putting a water pump on it. Motor is shot he ran it to hot. Probably going to try to get it from him a put a motor in it. 🤷‍♂️ It’s been a horrible Monday for me lol

Which is not a felony. And very rarely would any DA actually prosecute if it were obviously an accident.
It depends on what they think you should have reasonably known, which is very vague, and left to interpretation.

My dad loved to crumble up cornbread in a glass of buttermilk. I tried it when I was probably 9 or 10 and didn't really care for it. But just like our taste buds change over the years, I began to occasionally enjoy a cold glass of buttermilk and eventually learned that one of the best things to do after a long night of drinking is to drink a glass of buttermilk just before bed, Seriously, I would never wake up with a hangover, headache, or wanting to throw up after I started doing that.
Without looking, I'm going to guess that someone has made a joke about breast milk.

That's not even close to true. If I tripped and knocked a can of gasoline on to someone who was smoking and they burned to death, there would be no charges. It was an accident. If I were backing up to take a picture and knocked someone over a cliff and they died, there would be no felony charges. Accidents happen.

There is a criminally negligent homicide in TN. The standard is a little higher than a civil negligence case as the state must show that the person should have known the substantial risk. Usually involves the negligent use/storage of a gun that results in death. But a nurse was convicted in Nashville recently for using the wrong meds that killed the patient. It is an E felony and carries 1-6 years.

But, at least for me, these are not really common cases I see everyday.

If you shot a live electrode at someone who was standing in gasoline vapors, and they burned to death, you'd be charged. If you fired a gun through the wall of your apartment and killed someone, whether you intended to kill them or not, you'd be charged. If you hit someone while driving drunk, you'd be charged.

Stop acting like the officer tripped over a cigarette butt or just gets all clumsy while taking pictures.

Could add Johnny to this.

Edit... And Reggie. Tony Degrate my ***

I had to look up Tony Degrate. I also remember Dave Rimington. I think he beat him out for the Outland Trophy.

Edit It was Dean Steinkuhler. I had at least heard of Dave Rimington.

You obviously have never been in or trained with law enforcement, never have been in stressful situations on a regular basis, put up with verbal/physical confrontations.

Considering the thousands of dangerous situations law enforcement deal with every single day, not too bad. Sure it can be improved but when you look at the big picture, law enforcement does a pretty darn good job. Do police make dumb mistakes, sure. Have you ever done anything stupid? How about the thousands of correct decisions law enforcement make every single day. Oh, the media very rarely cover this.

With regards to hospitals, by the time these people reach hospitals they have already dealt with law enforcement. Further, the ones that act up in the hospital, security is called or if security cannot handle it, outside law enforcement is called.

Recommendation for you! Quit watching police stories on the woke news channels and do a ride along with law enforcement. Who knows you just might learn something!
Officer, what about all the times I drove the speed limit. You're not giving me credit for that.

Anyone catch the Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers Movie on Disney+ movie with your kids? It’s definitely geared towards the 35+ crowd. Tons, almost too many to count, old throwback reboot references. Enjoyed it.
I loved it and my daughter loved it. I loved all the Easter eggs in it. My favorite was the Dobby Gucci poster

Intelligent response or poor attempt to try to be funny. Good luck in life son.
It's pretty intelligent to apply logic to see how it holds up. Obviously, it didn't, else the officers being defended by your logic wouldn't have a job. I'm all for defending when officers serve their communities well, but it gets dangerous when that insulates against holding responsible when they don't. That's my point.

And if you were old enough to be my dad, you probably would be mature enough not to get worked up and call a stranger "son" on an anonymous internet forum.

Sure son. My comment above stands! Be careful out there ...

Here are Dylan Crews stats: He leads the SEC this season in homers (21) (tied with Trey) and runs scored (63) (Trey had 61), and he is No. 2 in the league in triples (4) (Trey had 3), No. 2 in total bases (155) (Trey had 158), No. 2 in RBI (67) (Trey had 74), No. 3 in hits (76) (Trey had 74) and No. 4 in slugging percentage (.705) (Trey slugged 0.749).

Dischiara hit 0.382 but had 17 HR and only 47 RBI. He also only scored 46 runs and slugged 0.781, which is very good. Still, he walked so much, it impacted his power numbers. His average also fell from 0.446 to 0.382 in the last month and he went 8 for 42 in that span.

It is somewhat arguable, but I think it is clear to me, that Trey got snubbed.
Dischiara had over a 1.3 OPS…. That’s absolutely insane.
