But it's about more than just "in the SEC". On 247, we're sitting at 15th in the composite. There's still a long way to the ESP, but regaining momentum would be nice.
Rankings now are more about quantity than quality…. Texas Tech as an example…. Way too early to worry much about it…. Our total number of commitments is on pace with the other good teams… I’m curious to find out who committed yesterday.

Also, I can think of a recent summer that we had all the momentum and all the recruits and it didn't pan out at all long term.

I do love how much of a cruit fiend Weezer is though.

How do I change servers?

Somewhere out there on an alt server we have won 25 straight national titles and Nick Saban is Heupel's intern. Send me to that one.

I heard @frank holds some power to switch that but you’d have to give your golden cheagle back and in that server there is no such thing as Volnation.com.

Choose wisely.

(**** that cheagle I’m switching servers and partying like it’s 1998… again, and again, and again.)

more on the Neyland updates and board meeting today:
Neyland Stadium is undergoing two major changes ahead of the 2022 season. Tennessee is adding a field-level club behind the Vols’ sideline that will be situated underneath several new sections of chairback seats on the West side of the stadium. The upper deck in the North end zone is getting a new video board – the South video board also will be new and improved – along with a party-deck setup with a sports-bar area and seating.

Athletic director Danny White and his leadership team “conducted a detailed review of the stadium project and identified new strategic priorities aimed at delivering an unparalleled experience for the UT community through impactful and resourceful modifications,” according to Tennessee’s release. The revisions to the original project include a $108 million budget increase, bringing the total Phase I figure to $288 million, which Tennessee says will be “fully funded.” The estimated total project budget in 2017 was $340 million.

Among the new or updated revisions to the project are improved stadium wi-fi, the return of the V-O-L-S letters with two sets this time, Founders Suites, restrooms under the Gate 10 ramp, skybox renovations and expanded entries and extended concourses in the Southwest and Southeast entry points.
