I think thats going to change fast. Looking at the recruiting rankings for 2023 5 stars are spread out all over the country again. Not going to be just piled up 7 five stars each at Bama Georgia and Ohio State like it has been the last decade
That is the way it should be, and it will make CFB fun again if the trend continues.

We, also, have a lot of money. Sure, flips are possible, but let's not act like they're inevitable. Tennessee is becoming an attractive place to play again. Recruits are noticing. No need to be Debbie Downer.
There was not a single ounce of negativity in my post. If you interpreted it that way, you're probably projecting.

Exactly. Summer time commitment list means almost nothing.
Not really. Maybe when everyone signed in February but now kids want to take their visits and decide before their season starts. Most kids also don’t give two craps what teams do during the season unless it causes coaches to be fired.

Jordan fixing to show up to practice and school Ja
I bet, with a couple months of conditioning, MJ could still play with today's best. Maybe not near his all-time best, but they wouldn't run him off the court. . .

How long til artificial intelligence recreates players from different eras and Sims them playing against each other?

with all due respect Jordan is 59 years old... even with a year of conditioning he would not be able to hang with these 20 year old elite NBA players, GOAT status aside. Father times catches up to everyone eventually.

Michael Jordan is 59 year old alcoholic. You could give him a year of conditioning and he'd still get ran out of the summer league.

View attachment 471891I was just thinking.........yes for those who have wondered........We read while WE poop when not being watched by humans that make sure we go before we can come back in....oh, never mind I digress..........you people are strange. Now, what was I thinking.....SEE WHAT YOU DID !!!! Now I have to think again.

Jordan is so good it doesn't matter. He is timeless.

Really, not a hill I'm dying on today. I didn't mean that he would be on an NBA team, just that he could still play with those guys. Mostly off skill and experience. Of course those young guys would smoke him on stamina and athleticism due to age and conditioning.

Just gonna put this right here…and slowly back away….

And yes, I see the Twitter handle haha

MJ killer mindset is what sets him apart...there were athletic freaks in his days as well

He would crush today's super stars due to him not wanting to be your friend but to totally Eviserate you

We haven’t had this recruiting momentum since the Summer of Pruitt 2019. All of that was derailed by the inexcusable loss to Georgia State. It has taken some time to get back here and I hope we can just maintain it for awhile. We really need back to back top 10 classes to begin to close the gap in this league so we’re off to a good start.

I don’t think Heupel will lose to a lesser opponent like Pruitt did and just hope there’s not something else looming to sidetrack us now. Everybody knock on wood.

I think the dynamics we are seeing is that not many have a war chest like A&M had last year, but many schools groups can afford to bid on one or two so the distribution will cause those at the top to dip down the food chain a bit. It won't take long for some to fall by the wayside if their return on investment is not easily viewed on the field. Even rich guys don't want to be called on on social media for failure. True collectives too will be scrutinized by the masses, so I hope our guys are spot on.
