Not sure I think that's funny. Good on him for taking a volatile situation and distancing. Wish more people would do so.
He didnt take a stand on whether guns should be banned, he did so because he knows kids in that vulnerable age range may look to him. Mature move.
Was driving in the country outside of Cleveland, TN a couple of months ago and we found ourselves at the corner of Norman and Bates. My nickname in High School was Psycho. I would like to retroactively state that I have NEVER condoned going to a remote motel and stabbing young women in the shower.
Yep..if it's going to professional, then it needs to be done the way the pros do it....otherwise it will just be nothing but exhibition sports with no real value.Given the previous court ruling, this felt inevitable. If the NCAA can't restrict NIL compensation, and a player has offers to earn more in a different market, how can you stop them from transferring to where they get paid the most? IMO the only way to stabilize cfb now is to make players employees of the teams, negotiate with the players union on revenue sharing, and ask Congress for antitrust exemption. Eventually a draft will need to be instituted. Otherwise, the transfer bidding will destroy any semblance of team identity. Players and their representatives will quickly learn that the transfer market is the golden ticket.
