Facilitator maybe but shooter? Just comical stuff. Its apparent a lot of this board was too young to watch his airiness play. Were talking about a guy who on the dream team would play with one side getting them up by a certain number of points during practices and then switch sides and lead a comeback. ON THE DREAM TEAM.
People want to act like he didnt beat anybody to win his titles but he had to beat guys like Stockton and Malone, Magic, Barkley, Drexler etc. we are talking about all time great here people. Like the top 25 players of all time not to mention the players he had to beat in the conference to get to the finals like Isaiah Thomas etc.
Thats my rant. No more on this conversation. LeBron is great but hes not better than MJ

Comical? MJ was an average and at times BAD 3pt shooter and that was with a shorter 3 pt line in 3 of his seasons. Lebron has shot over two times as many 3s and his % is much higher. Also MJ averaged over 6 assists only 3 times in his career. Lebron has had over 6 every year in his career minus his rookie year when he had 5.9. Similar with boards. Argue other points, like defending, clutch, and pure scoring. But as much as you dont want to acknowledge he is a vastly better facilitator, better shooter and much better rebounder.
No. Thats not it. Dude is on here acting like Jordan wasnt good defensively. Its asinine. The little echo chamber of hank you and the other dude are either 25 or younger or you dont live in reality.

Its the same thing for MJ lovers. They act like hes the Greek god of basketball and had no flaws or help along the way.Again Im out on this convo because Lebron lovers cant fathom hes not the greatest. Bryon Russell can shut down Klay Thompson any day of the week. Again Ill say and Im done Lebron is the greatest of this generation. Hes a pleasure to watch. MJ is still better. Im more inclined to hear a Kobe vs MJ argument than Lebron imo.

When people start talking down Jordan is when they look dumb. 99% of people who remember both will tell you who is better.
Youngsters and people with bad memories think Lebron is better.
All the people that seen both, grew up with jordan. He was their (sports) idol/hero etc. The nba marketed the hell outta of jordan to grow their brand, in essence he is all the people seen when it came to nba. That resulted in this obsessed love by the public (mythical creature) that nobody could ever be better. Now, you have bron, that is pushing back on that traditional generational thinking. No matter what bron has done, would have done, or will do, a lot of the older generation will side with their childhood/manhood/womanhood sports idol (jordan).

I remember I thought Mike Tyson was better than Ali. Then I actually went and did my research.
Lbj lovers always pull out all the stats and try to use them to prop him up. Whats funny is when they try to discount what Jordan did.
For those of us who saw both we know what we saw. Lebron is awesome. Jordan was better.
Its fact for those of us who saw both.
