She was party to the civil suit against UT, and she wanted the money. The DA filed criminal charges, not the accuser. UT chose to settle the civil suit so the conflicting statements and witness accounts haven't made it to court.
This is one of those cases where justice can't be done.
Since media days begins today...here are my projected final SEC standings.
East
1. Georgia
2. SC
3. Mizzou
4. Tennessee
5. UF
6. UK
7. Vandy
West
1. Bama
2. Auburn
3. Miss. St
4. TAMU
5. LSU
6. Ole Miss
7. Arkansas
SEC Champ - Bama
I don't disagree with that, especially in the East.
Out West, I just don't trust Auburn. Every time we think they're good, they disappoint. Every time we think they're due to disappoint, they blow our nips off. I'd keep the other teams ordered as you have them, but Auburn could slide from 2nd to 4th in the division.
Ollie Lane being 316 is awesome. I would love if he could surprise and be a contributor.
Flip side - albeit not surprising - Tanner Antonutti being only 269 is disappointing. With our OL haul this year plus our impressive 20 in state candidates - he might never see the field. Ridiculously premature judgement there, I know.
Kurrot Garland and Kingston Harris are also both about 20lbs bigger than I expected them to be.
But unlike recent years, all the options are really good.
Other teams begging for our scraps again, like it should be.
Don't underestimate how dumb he is. Dooley be like, Hold my beer.
