Exactly. Investigators got everything they needed from AJ, when they asked the girls for their phones they had just gotten new ones, both of them had.

I want justice to be served, but what i know is: i have a friend who used to hook up with AJ. She was at that party and she claims that anything that happened with AJ, Mike and that girl was consensual. Allegedly, Drae had been “talking to” the girl, so when she called him for a ride she wasn’t about to say she just had sex with AJ.

Again, this is what i heard from someone at the Woodlands that night. But it seems a little fishy

Glitch...isn't Caleb's crib already encumbered by close to a half dozen VN wagers?

You're probably right on this subject but I'd still hate to wager and win before finding myself 5th in line in hopes of getting the deed to his lovely little hideaway.

Have you all ever watched one of those trials on 48 hours or 20/20? Have you ever watched the prosecution go first and you think, "burn this mf'r at the stake, he's guilty?". Then the defense presents their case and you go all Lee Corso and say "Not so fast!"?

Since the State decided not to subpoena the 2 girls phone records.. the Defense tried to subpoena the girl's text messages and were denied.

The defense attorney's appealed this decision all the way to the TN supreme court. About 3 years later, the TN supreme court reversed the lower court decision and decided that the girls text messages are admissible and could be subpoenad. Now the problem is that the girls ditched their phones 3 years ago. Do phone companies keep text records this long? Guess we will find out during the trial.

I don’t know that. But I have heard Stephen Ross Johnson speak at seminars, and he is a bright guy. Tom Dillard is older, was a former prosecutor, and has done defense work for a while. They handle high level cases.

100% believe this... I know Pruitt was aloud to do some things at Alabama that Kirby was never trusted to do...

Granted we ran the ball ok early in the season. Took teams a couple weeks to realize handing the ball to kelly or getting to him on a screen pass were the only things we were good at and they didn’t have to respect much else.

Especially when we ran outside zone at the same mesh point 95% of the time.

It’s just crazy to me that we stayed so vanilla all year. If I’m coaching for my job I’m pulling out all the stops every game. If i have to run 3 double passes, 3 reverses, wildcat, etc then I’ll do it. I’ll be damned if I’m gonna sit back and watch myself get fired.

What's so messed up is , after seeing the texts and trying to keep them out of court..... why on earth would you want to try to put someone in jail.. if texts proved consensual... so messed up
