I am sure there is more evidence other than testimony. So that will honestly be the kicker.

My thing is technically this case has been going on for a long time so by the time the ruling comes out, if he is found guilty, he may not have to do much jail time. It might be considered part of his time now to the sentence if he is found guilty. Not saying that is what will happen. But that is probably why his lawyer is stalling the case.

He's not in jail so I don't think this time would count as time served.

It's not a coincidence try lost their phones and got new ones at the same time along with fighting their including in court. They are lucky I messages apparently can't be recovered but it also allows for plenty doubt in jurors minds. Don't see AJ being convicted without some hard proof. Going to be interesting to see what he had saved in his phone and social media from her

Oh good grief. Its called the backfield.

there are often tips a defense gets based on mesh points. Defensive coaches often change steps and rush paths based on it as well as some change in techniques. His point (I believe) is that by having the same mesh point is gonna cause for some “tee offs” on your QB/RB...

Still sounds lame.

The backfield is a large area. There are lots of potential mesh points to keep the defense from aiming at the same spot whether its run or pass. Peyton use to love the stretch play where he sprinted out to either handoff or fake and roll back into the pocket. When you don't change the mesh points the defense knows exactly where the action will happen and doesn't have to wait and read, just sprint to that point and contain the possible exits.

Since the State decided not subpoena the 2 girls phone records.. the Defense tried to subpoena the girl's text messages and were denied.

The defense attorney's appealed this decision all the way to the TN supreme court. About 3 years later, the TN supreme court reversed the lower court decision and decided that the girls text messages are admissible and could be subpoenad. Now the problem is that the girls ditched their phones 3 years ago. Do phone companies keep text records this long? Guess we will find out during the trial.

Even if they can’t produce the text messages at this point... how is it going to look to the jury that the 2 girls both ditched their phones simultaneously?

That is why you have OL open holes and rbs with vision. Ask Barry Sanders if he was worried about the mesh point.

Altering the newt point can also provide access to more holes and allow the rb to get to those holes faster and at better angles. So I'm fairly certain Barry would be all for an offense that runs through multiple Newt points. Of course the newt point is just one aspect and having the ol that can open the holes and a rb like Barry can probably overcome a single Newt point offense. But I would imagine multiple Newt points would be even more successful.

Possibly true but sometimes it does count towards sentence time.

The reason being because he was arrested. I believe he was bonded out so, technically that whole time could be considered time served.

Again, it just depends.

The time he spent in jail before bonding out would count but that is it. Therefore his attorney stalling doesn't help him at all. Hurts him in fact. As he cannot, if innocent, move on with his life until this is over.
