This is a case of the governor and student body appealing to the school to reverse their decision. Double jeopardy doesn’t really apply here. It’s an extrajudicial affair and they’re not firing him for cause. They’re totally within their right to fire him and pay out his contract.Total BS right there. No I don't think he should've been reinstated, but you don't fire the man for the same crime your just found him innocent of. There's a little something called double jeopardy and Maryland better be ready because Durkin has a pretty strong case against them for it
