4 of their starting 5 players are preseason all conference, but I agree. I don't want to downplay his importance. I'm just hoping he comes back for conference play with a clean bill of health. His absence in the Sweet 16 game last year really hurt the team.Well, I almost put "arguably" in there, but it's kind of splitting hairs. While they are like UT in that they have balanced scoring, he was the returning scorer at 13 PPG and 6 RPG and 48% from 3 point range. He was a pre-season all conference selection. He may not have the highest pro potential, but it is a loss early for a team that has to play a competitive non-conference schedule.
Lol no he said they their best player was out for 8 weeks. Brother man who is a Gonzaga fan just said he was their third best player lol.
Considering we want pass first QBs Hurts won't be here. Everyone just keeps bringing it up because we have former Bama guys on staff. If hurts stays in SEC, he would be wise to go to florida. I figure he goes to Kiffin though
Did I say the dude was a scrub or something? You're the one who said he was their best player lol. He mad.Yet said that he was a huge loss in last year's SS16 game.
Quote after the loss from ESPN:
Tillie said he injured his hip during practice Tuesday and didn't respond to treatment in time to play. The 6-foot-10 French sophomore typically provides interior defense and creates mismatches for Gonzaga while contributing to its balanced offense. "Losing Killian was really big for us," Norvell said. "He supported us the whole way and wasn't negative at all."
Loser.
