Wow, I am hyped now. Good summary. My body and heart are ready to be hurt again, LETS GOOur team could improve tremendously very quickly next year.
On offense we would have 2 5 star tackles who are already over 300 pounds starting. I still believe Carbon will be good after a year in S&C and in this system. Plus we get Kennedy back. OL should improve big time next year with this talent infusion.
At receiver we potentially add 2 of the best receivers in the country, including the number 1 receiver in Haselwood. He brings tremendous speed to that position day one. Add them to Callaway, Palmer and the other guys there and man, WRU is back.
At RB we’ll have Chandler back and maybe Banks if they keep him at RB. Then we could potentially add Beasley and Gray at that position if not Crouch.
On the DL many close to his recruitment are predicting we flip Eboigbe. Add him to Mincey and Gooden who have shown promise. Emerson will finally be healthy and will have been here a year. Then add the jucos guys Williams and Middleton.
But the big improvement on defense comes at LB. this group hasn’t potential to be amazing with JJ Peterson already here, of course Taylor is coming back also. Then if we add Pappoe, Crouch, Henry, and Henry ago that is an embarrassment of riches at one of the biggest positions of need we have. Don’t forget about Banks either.
At corner, we have two of the best freshmen in the country already. Add to them Burrell, Pruitts top choice, then Fields, and Watson. Oh yeah, at safety, one of my favorite recruits in McCullough to add to Warrior and Trevon Flowers another promising freshman.
This is how you rebuild a team quickly folks
Good job Butch
A lot of potentials, ifs, and maybes. Hopeful UT gets a couple of them. Our team could improve tremendously very quickly next year.

Front 7 on defense still seems mighty thin. Our team could improve tremendously very quickly next year.

Any more destructive and he would’ve been called Dooley. All this cept the recruits and the bowl wins.Butch's real legacy...
Could Butch have been more destructive to our program? It's almost like he was doing it on purpose.
- Preston Williams, CSU: 71 catches, 951 yards, 8 TDs, Biletnikoff Award Watch List
- Jalen Hurd, Baylor: 57 catches, 756 yards, 4 TDs, Biletnikoff Award Watch List
- Vic Wharton, Cal: 40 catches, 394 yards, Biletnikoff Award Watch List
- UT's first 8-loss season in school history in 2017
- Alvin Kamara, backup running back at UT, offensive rookie of the year in the NFL in 2017, MVP candidate in 2018
Just sickening.
DL is still an issue. We’re going to have to hope that our DL coaches and Pruitt can develop them. We haven’t seen Emerson but we know who he was expected to be. Also there’s been some buzz about him lately. Mincey has looked good in limited action as a freshman. I think this staff has earned our trust that they can develop players so we’ll see how these guys develop.Front 7 on defense still seems mighty thin.
What else do we have right now? He is expressing an opinion, just like you. Let's see how the recruiting year plays out. You've said that you think that this staff can get us to the next level. Are you already backing down?Yeah a bunch of ifs and maybes don't get you anywhere in this league. Typical Bassmaster. He'll have us at 10 or 11 wins before the start of next season.
Emmerson will be important.DL is still an issue. We’re going to have to hope that our DL coaches and Pruitt can develop them. We haven’t seen Emerson but we know who he was expected to be. Also there’s been some buzz about him lately. Mincey has looked good in limited action as a freshman. And we’re adding some juco guys for help. But it is why I believe Eboigbe is one of the most important recruits left on the board. Need him or Logue in the worst way.
No lol. I think they will, as I've stated countless times. Doesn't mean I think this team will win 10 next year, because they most likely won't.What else do we have right now? He is expressing an opinion, just like you. Let's see how the recruiting year plays out. You've said that you think that this staff can get us to the next level. Are you already backing down?
