Am i insane for thinking we could compete for the east next year? Obviously wouldn’t be dominant, but UGA isn’t who we thought they were IMO
Somebody had to win that Billion dollar lotto. But that’s the type of attitude CJP is trying to instill in this team and in this fan base. And if this class goes as we’re being told it could, then I’ll be right there pumping sunshine with the best of them.

Yes, you're insane for thinking we should compete for the East next year.

We'll be relying on two freshmen on OL (best case scenario) and we'll be replacing four senior DL.

This is a trenches conference.

That expectation is insane.

Just quelling it now.

F Brohm if he takes that job next week. Why the hell cant he wait one more week and finish the year?
Do you remember the way [NAME REDACTED] left the Falcons? It’s the way he was taught. Always look out for #1. Another bullet we dodged with Pruitt.

I just mean because FL and UGA would be the team’s we would be competing against for it, Florida isn’t a dominant team, and we were within 2 scores against UGA in the 4th quarter in Athens. I don’t think I’m that crazy for thinking that.

That’s fair. Hopefully Kennedy is what we thought he’d be and Carvin/Jahmir haven’t big off seasons in the weight room.

SIAP but Jeremy Pruitt said the #Vols have had to lift weights during the season as hard as you normally do only during the offseason because they were small and had to fix that.

So maybe there's hope.

But in all seriousness, this is a staff that truly wants to win, win big, and win now. There hasn't been any "Year 1" talk this year or "Give us a couple years" sentiments from them. We could very well surprise.. it just starts up front on both sides of the ball and we have a lot to fix.

I mean, I'd be happy to be wrong.

But problems along the LOS units aren't typically band-aid fixes.
I think you’re underrating Tatum. He looks to finally be getting it. Holding off wazzizname 41 for most of the game was about as good as you can do. He gets beat out of a position by a snot-nosed Freshman only if that Freshman is ready to play SEC-type football. And Drew Richmond looks like he’s finally coming around.

I am starting a IF plan now.

Nothing from 8pm to 11am - except water.

I am also consuming 1g of protein per lb of body weight - so 148g for me

I am also trying to restrict carbs to 50g a day.

My goal is to burn fat and continue to grow lean muscle.

Over the last 18 months I have completely reshaped my body. Lost 60lbs and put on 10lbs of good muscle.

The last bit is to shred that lower belly and love handle fat that is a stage 5 clinger.
I pretty much live in moderate ketosis. It works fine for me bc I definitely don't miss the carb crashes, and I hardly ever drink during the week. Drinking beer will knock you right out.

Ketosis works big time for losing weight though. If you're working out hard along with it you'll get shredded in no time.

Congrats on the progress you've already made though that's impressive!

Far and away the OL is more about continuity than individual pieces. If the T's are doing well but the LG gets blown up, there's a problem. If two plays later, the interior holds their own, but one of the DE's gets through, there's still a problem.

This only underscores how huge it is for Wanya to be an EE, but it's still a tall, tall order and I think fan expectations should be tempered.

Hey guys, I am not sure, but I don't think Chief Vol likes Butch Jones very much. I am not sure because he just doesn't post about it that often.

I really think Jahmir Johnson, Carvin, Niehaus and Hall will be solid at G spots (hehe) next year. The first three benefiting major from Fitz and food, Hall having time to give it one last go round fully healthy and not having to shake off the rust during the season.
