I don’t understand why it would be easier to get that job as a promotion from Auburn OC (for a team that presumably doesn’t live up to expectations where Auburn people are picking apart every play call, etc.) than from the safe distance of being OC at another SEC school. Being the OC on a sinking ship doesn’t seem like the best way to get hired as HC at the same school. (This is applicable to both Freeze and Lindsey.)

Trey doesnt know anything. Hugh would pick TN over auburn. Probably even Bama. But at least at Bama and TN he is HC of his side of the ball. Reviving TN gets him some big accolades he desires to make it back to HC. It's all about Pruitt and tN thinking I feel he fits or not and the SEC. Hugh wants to be our OC

As for the bama deal, locksley isn't interviewing until Sunday. When does MD make a decision?

Is freeze going to put a legit offer from us in the burner to wait and see about bama?

There's a lot in play with all this, and at the end of the day, what I see is this...

If freeze is our guy and we've been given the green light... There zero reason that deal doesn't get done before the weekend is over.

If it doesn't, then I think Lindsey probably make the most sense.... And all the other dominos fall where they may
