I'm just talking about alleged crimes or knowledge of those crimes. I wasn't getting into any other factors.

It's been a year now, and I think a lot of us now admit that we didn't really care about Schiano's connection to Sandusky. We thought the guy was an a-hole, not worth a head coach job, and we exploited the one thing we knew would make waves. You may have had a personal conviction not to hire the guy, but most of us burning couches just cared about Ws.

This is not where I was. I’m no moralist when it comes to athletes and coaches. I thought I didn’t have much of a line. Turns out I do. Covering up child rape is it. Sandusky being a key figure in your coaching life is beyond concerning. So for me Sandusky was the only reason justifying a freak out. I could have found more u didn’t like but that was enough by itself for me.
