Freeze is the best possible OC to bridge the gap between us playing young, inexperienced talent to 2 years from now when we have a deep roster with experience all over the place.

If Freeze comes and leaves after 2 years, OCs everywhere will be jumping at the chance to come coach up all the stud players he left behind. Pruitt will have his pick of the litter of available OCs.

Something just feels different this time around. Leave it to Fulmer to get us real damn football coach! Who would've thought he'd know what one looks like!

Naturally, put your cup on guys because a good swift kick could be on the way. We tend to slow play a lot of people. We've seen this scenario in recruiting----we really like you but we need to keep looking for just a little longer. If we really have a chance with Freeze and we slow played him, we may be doomed forever.

This has been my position since Penn St got left out two years ago and washington got left out last year

6 teams keeps the importance of the regular season because everybody wants to be in the one or two spots to get a bye, but it gives all 5 conferences an opportunity to get in.

3 ND vs 6 OSU
4 OK vs 5 UGA

Ala and Clem have byes would have been an amazing playoff. Both ala and Clem earned byes too. The rest you can kinda poke holes in the resume here and there. This playoff makes sense

You guys need to relax!

1st - It ain't a HC hire. It matters but not that damn much.

2nd - All signs are as positive as they can be. Low is as respected as they come.

3rd - We got Fulmer and Pruitt handling this not Butch and Currie

4th - We have no nuts left as fans anyway so you have to start the process of growing a pair again.

I'm just talking about alleged crimes or knowledge of those crimes. I wasn't getting into any other factors.

It's been a year now, and I think a lot of us now admit that we didn't really care about Schiano's connection to Sandusky. We thought the guy was an a-hole, not worth a head coach job, and we exploited the one thing we knew would make waves. You may have had a personal conviction not to hire the guy, but most of us burning couches just cared about Ws.
