everyone is on Trevor Lawrence jock but Ross was the difference maker on offense. He made TLs number look the way they were. TL is fantastic but Ross was unreal and he is not getting enough love from media
It’s more than just his numbers though. He’s only the 2nd true freshman QB to ever start and win a national title, he looked like a 10 year vet. How often do we see Fr QB’s look that good and dominate vs any team? he did it vs Bama.

QB’s will always get more love anyways

I know why he is getting love and he deserves it but Ross deserves the same amount of love too. He made unreal plays last night. He took the game over and took the souls of Bama DBs. He even broke an ankle literally

Blame Fulmer then. Thats where it started.
I know, and I do. It just sucks to know that Clemson, more than any other program, has grown fat on the carcass of the UT program. It is sickening, but it does give hope that with the right coach, we could still get enough great players to win NCs. If we had hired the right coach after Phil, we would not be in the pits of football hell right now..it is sickening and infuriating.

He would not have been as good here. Much, much less talent to work with. He made the right choice.
No doubt. Would've taken a year or two for him to shine here for sure. I expect our OL to be much better and I'll think we'll be a pretty good team in 2020 but not where Clemson is. Of course, had the intern got the players to TN he should have, those players he was playing with last night would've been in Knoxville.

I will never understand why people wallow in things like this that they cannot change. Instead be happy that Bama got skulldragged across the bay area and we have a great class coming in and a hungry coach. I mean I had a chance to bang the homecoming queen and I didn't. Big deal, I've done pretty damn well for myself. Let. the. past. go. That means let Kiffin go. Let Dooley go. Let Currie and Hart and Hamilton go. Let CBJ go. Think of it as a baptism, its a new year, can we all just look ahead?

Kiffin was not mature enough,
Dooley was not good enough,
Butch did not have a football acumen,
Pruitt has two of the three....if he is good enough and learns how to manage a program, we will be OK in the long run if we be patient.

in case anyone was interested, Tony Bologna, was last seen on this site Sept. 6, 2018.
