Weinke...a I can see but I don't understand why DJ would be let go....I thought our receivers showed great improvement this year from last year. I understand he's not a lights our recruiter but neither is Lebby is he? I understand tryin to get Tee he's a great recruiter.

Seems DJ & Weinke are getting contacted about openings elsewhere.

Lebby won a Top recruiter award while at Baylor...he's an upgrade I believe.

OK. When will we know whether Tee is coming along? Final signing day is less than a month away. Do the Vols win the off-season?

there's no real rush on position coaches, especially as it relates to this cycle. this class is all but done, and i don't know that a position coach hire affects much, if anything, at this point. but Martin is unemployed, and has, and will have, options for employment opportunities, so the bigger factor is if he is someone you want, you should probably go get him sooner than later, he won't be around for too terribly long.

Can we not start messing with our great news with trying to replace our entire staff?

We all took a pledge to be happy if we hired a long list of second choices for it to be over. We won!!! Soak it in.

I'm not questioning or trying to replace anyone. I was responding to the OP with a question as to why some want to replace Yak, I did contribute a smidge with the Weinke comment and for that I appolagize but just was asking a question.

We have heard Lebby & Tee during OC search. We have been hearing Miami is making passes at Weinke. DJ I think was getting interest from Les at Kansas.

I am fine with staff as is BUT if people leave, Tee and Lebby as replacements would be amazing.
