Commentators are saying Tennessee got screwed?
They weren't quite that strong in opinion, like it was an egregious call (like the saints play for example), but they agreed it wasn't a foul. Like...a 4 person roundtable on espn. I thought it would be like crossfire with differing opinions, nope. Stephen A said it wasnt a foul, but hes an nba guy so I discounted his view a bit...then another guy agreed no foul, offense initiated. THEN they said, "surprise we are bringing in the college expert...what does he say?" and it was jay bilas. I thought he might disagree...NOPE! He said no foul too!! Basically gave in that it could have gone either way in real time but also said that the shooter, being so good, was basically given the benefit of the doubt. Said it was a situation where whatever the call, supporting refs werent going to overturn it being so bang bang, but being so marginal it just shouldnt have been called in that situation to begin with. Now i am more pissed
No way this happens turner is for sure staying and what mock draft has bone going in the first round? Grant is projected late first round which isn’t a gimme..especially because of how important academics are to him and his family and how his game translates to the nbaIf you're making a comment insinuating Bone might be back. i'd expect to see 5 new starters next season. so, get used to it. iow, he gone.
It’s really surprising. Holly is maybe the nicest person on that campus. There must have been just a huge disconnect between her and the team where both of them were just like “f it”. Which honestly Happens a lot

Whew.... I can taste the salty, bitter flavor from here
Edwards didn’t even hit the deck. Easily landed on his feet. That little of contact is a foul on a last second shot?? Gtfoutta here refNot sure if it’s been answered but it’s considered “the act of shooting” till feet hit the ground.
Not how we played back in the day though. Incidental contact after the ball left the hand was nothing. It’s not like a late hit on a QB or something
How in the hell can we go from Holly to this? I actually believe that would be a step back, worse than what we had. View attachment 199851
