Last 2 offensive positions for Houston on drives no fouls and then Johnson pushing off before herro 3. Some teams get all the break. I would have liked to have had just 1.

Lol!!! I didn’t watch the game as it was too late for me, but I looked at the box score this morning, and wasn’t surprised to see that large of a discrepancy in fouls called. I’m sure sis thinks all 23 were legit. Whatever. Lol!

I would have loved to see how the vols matched up with the rest of the elite 8. If Cline didn’t have the game of his life I like the vols chances to get to the final 4. With Auburn on nba jam fire mode I think Kentucky is going to have their hands full. Duke and Virginia are very beatable. Gotta feeling that Michigan state and Purdue are pulling off the upsets.

Is Bone even projected in the 2nd round? Feel like 1 more year could even push him into 1st rd territory but gaining an elite 3 would be crucial for him. Hes not the biggest guy

I'm questioning myself on that as well. I think it's called addiction. But the sane me asks why bother watching when we all know at the end, Zion is going to receive his crowning for a one and done well done and off to the NBA?

I don't think of Duke as anywhere near invincible. They are more like LSU, and able to pull off most of the close ones.

8 wins is the ceiling right now but it’s an improvement. I think the offense will be much improved in the pass game. I’m worried about the run game but Chaney is good at doing more with less. If we can develop a consistent run game then who knows how good this offense can be. Starts up front. Chaney really likes these WRs. He will find a way to get them open. Defense lacks playmakers in the front 7. DL is a concern but they are bigger and stronger. I think the top 3-4 are very solid. Must develop depth there. LBs have to be better playmakers. Bituli looks good imo. Reid flashes. Ignont is playing faster it seems. Secondary looks really good at times. Taylor is on a mission. Thompson is a stud. Warrior looks more confident. The other safety spot is anyone’s guess. They would like Flowers to step up there and he flashes but is inconsistent and physicality the staff wants.

How's crouch and JJP look?

JJ is banged up. Coaches seem to think he’s soft right hence why they are making him tough it out but he’s nursing his injuries. Maybe he will get tougher. He passes the eye test but he’s not moving well right now. I could see Crouch playing all four positions and being a weapon. I think right now the staff is trying to determine where he’s needed most and that’s why he’s being moved around every other practice. He physically is the best looking player on defense period along with Aubrey Solomon. I think he helps on the Outside more his first season because lack of depth. More depth inside right now especially with Reid and Ignont emerging and looking promising. Don’t be surprised if Bituli is moved around a lot. He’s picked the defense up now. I expect a big year from him.

First off, I’d like to say I love this Vols basketball team and have never had more fun watching basketball in my life. That said, they really left a lot of boxes unchecked this year in the goals department. I’m hoping anyone eligible to return will be motivated enough to return and take care of unfinished business.
