Yes Crouch would have been ranked higher had he played his senior year, but I was just stating fact that Wright was the highest ranked player on 24/7 and Rivals that we signed. He was the 8th highest ranked player ever signed by UT.
And we were discussing the comparative “prized”’recruits between the two classes. That’s subjective. Wright might not end up the most prized OT in this class. Crouch is doing very well...and he’s prized.

Bone, Bowden, Turner all decreased 3 pt% from last season. Admiral increased. Guess who the biggest gym rat was?

If we are to contend next year every single guy must take on AD's gym rat habits. We need all 3 of those guys, plus Grant, to be 40+% shooters to make up for AD and Kyke exiting.
Kyke? No need for anti-Semitic remarks.

my original thought was 2019 had no most prized recruit. we have many. No trey-like standout from the crowd. and thats a good thing

Bull..people are worried because we keep getting subtle reports that his effort and desire are not up to par..

It seems to me like he is improving. He went from looking out of shape completely to looking thin this year. They leaned him up and now they have to stack some more muscle on him.

The reports are putting to much emphasis on him in the spring. He was just now what less then a year in the program? Only has about what like 4 or 5 months on the early enrollees as far as all that goes right, considering he didn’t get in until late August?

"Trying to learn the players so that you know what kind offense will work best"
What a concept. Finally...

Liked his answer about leaving Ga for TN. Of course I'm sure the huge paycheck didn't hurt.

Prolly didn’t hurt that he already had a house there as well.... that paycheck going straight into the bank account no mortgage for him

I watched that the other day. Liked how he is stressing physicality, physicality, physicality. With S&C and weight gains, I expect some head bustin.

Hey McGill I was asking if what you wrote was seriously happening cause I didn't know. What the heck is wrong with you. Why do you always take everything as personal attack?
I apologize..was having a extremely bad stressful day and took it out on JJP and you..

Really sorry about that. No matter how you meant it..I was wrong...

I do have very serious doubts about JJ Peterson's future as Tennessee Volunteer though...

I'm not concerned about his seeming lack of progress, but at the reports that seem to point to him being another one of..those kind of guys..

Do you know what I mean by that? You know the kind of guys we have been plagued with for years now?

I hope he is not another one of..those kind of guys..

You do make a valid and encouraging point about his weight loss..but..

Another worry is the steroid issue...

We REALLY need this guy to live up, at least closely to expectations eventually...we have had far too many guys come here and flame out..

You probably remember better than me but we had a freshman who got clocked at practice in the Dooley years. Afterward he showered up, grabbed his bags, and hopped the Greyhound back home never to be seen again. Let’s hope JJP doesn’t do the same.

Anyone remember the player name?
Pat something, maybe Martin? IIRC he was a 4* Safety recruit from South Carolina..
