If he truly wanted to help Clemson like all these talking heads are acting like he did, he should have stayed at Clemson mentored the young QB and then transferred after the season. Just like Jalen Hurts did.

To be fair, I think he would have been out of eligibility. He took advantage of the new rule that you can redshirt and still play in a few games. That said, I don’t really fault Clemson for what they are doing.

That was his senior season. He played another game and he couldn’t have redshirted in order to grad transfer after the season.

Savion & Middleton both need to be contributing JuCo pieces, can't be Kongbo types at all. Butler, Mincey, Emerson all need to step up they've been in this position group their entire time at UT and will have at least 2 fall camps with this staff (the most possible). I think Emerson could be our sleeper this season, staff let him RS and he got to get his conditioning right.

rewatching the Vols/ETSU game and it is just unbelievable how bad our OL was last year. I mean ETSU is all over JG. They can't even block the mighty Buccaneers. All of this hope about winning 7-8 games depends on Friend coaching his unit up. They were absolutely horrendous.
