Didn’t get to watch it live, seems like Banks’ style of defense is pretty bad for what our offense forces.

Teams have to throw against us, we’re going to score them out of being able to just run. And this soft zone secondary **** just isn’t going to work.

Ehh it’s not Bank’s defense that is the issue. It’s our DBs that are the issue. They need to be more aggressive and stop playing so far off opposing receivers.

Hooker just dominated. Without our best receiver and still carried our team. I’m my mind this game cements him as one of the best QB’s we’ve ever had. What an epic run he is on playing elite mistake free football.

I can't stop thinking about that 99 yd drive to finish the half after getting pile drived. I was super concerned he broke his clavicle.

Dude just flipped a switch. Went full Jordan. He couldn't be stopped on that drive and willed it. Theu gave him some happy juice at half or something, because whatever happened to him doesn't magically get better. I imagine he will get some R&R this week.

Why run tempo when you want to kill clock? He did exactly what he should have done. Even with the converted onsides kick, they had 17 seconds. I don’t get that criticism…at all. They also were gaining 4-7 yards on first down runs.

Defense was great against the run.

I just kept saying we should run Hendo on 2nd or 3rd down. Not just continually feed Small. But Go Vols!!

Butch and Pruitt both had some hype at one point too. 2020 Ranked #14 going into uga game, 2016 team starting 5-0 and being top 10

This team and coach just feels a lot different. They did it in their 3rd and 4th year, Huepel is doing this in his 2nd season and inherited a much worse program than either of them

Huepel can develop players and puts them in position to succeed. Can’t really say that about the other two coaches. If he can figure out this defense we’ll be competing for championships pretty soon

I would have liked to have seen a win going away, but I think how the end of this game played out with so many coachable moments down the stretch that the Vols will benefit immensely from this win in competitive games moving forward.
