Arky seems like the obvious choice to cover but this just seems like a classic Saban game where puts the rising program back in their place.

Briles seems to be struggling this year and Arky fans are growing tired of it. Their secondary is pretty bad too but they have an elite pass rush so they're able to hide them for the most part.
Never doubt Saban.

How quickly we forget that two years ago we won 3 games then had the exodus of the best players. Suddenly we should be able to win the super bowl.
My biggest wish would be that fans remember where we were then and where we were expected to be now. We are overachieving to an extent that can't really be rationalized, based on the circumstances and roster.

It's so easy to see the success and get spoiled into thinking this is how it should be. Fact is, we shouldn't be having this type of success so soon. I don't think there is a coaching staff anywhere that could change things so quickly. . . maybe Sabans staff did something similar in his first couple years.

We keep getting better each week. Even our bad games are competitive and have ended with w's recently. I'm probably considered a sunshine pumper, but I think we'll drop some games as we go. Hopefully, if that happens, the fans don't forget that we are just in year 2 and our roster still needs significant improvement on the defensive side. . .

Go ahead and throw the top 10 in there too (relatively speaking)

The top 3-5 runming away from everyone else isn't happening this year. Clemson could well have 2 losses. Bama 1. UGA 1.

Really happy to see SOME level of parity return. Great to see.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that AL already lost to Tejas on the field, before ref intervention. Imagine if AL was presently threatened with 2 losses and Dr Pepper started the year looking stupid.

The reason AR had the game of his life was bc our DBs kept their eyes in the backfield…. out of position in our zone…..poor tackling….. if we don’t fix those issues then we will be wondering how Daniels had the game of his life.
And LSU will still be wondering how they couldn’t force us to punt and how they still lost the game.

I’m not a cardiologist so I have no clue how routine this is and if its safe to play. Seems unsafe, but I’ll wait on the newly accredited Twitter cardiologists to tell me for sure.
As someone that has suffered in the past with Afib, it's not an issue. If he was still in Afib, it would be a no no. The biggest risk of Afib is a stroke from a clot that forms in the heart in a spot called the atrial appendage (a little pocket where blood can accumulate and not circulate well during afib). My doctors encouraged me to exorcize (in my case basketball). I don't have afib episodes any longer as mine was caused by sleep apnea cured by having my tonsils removed.

LSU not ranked. 27th.
Surprising
That has to be based on them projecting LSU as losing to us and AL and having a difficult schedule in addition. The polls reward weak schedules.

I think LSU might beat USC. But I am just yacking because USC is too boring for me to watch, so I haven't seen them. 😂

Interesting. According to Twitter he is in serious potential of a heart attack and/or blood clots and shouldn’t play 🤷🏻‍♂️. In all seriousness, glad you’re doing well with it. My father in law has Afib and had an episode 2-3 months ago and they wouldn’t let him play golf for two weeks. This wasn’t his first episode and he’s much older than JJ Watt though so obviously not the same situation.

What the...
And after the Tua situation.
Pretty different in reality. Afib is dangerous mainly because it puts you at risk to form blood clots within the heart chambers because they don't empty normally because of the jumbled, off-rhythm beating of the heart. These clots then can dislodge into the aorta and cause stroke or other arterial blockages downstream. Within 48 hours of onset of Afib, it's considered so unlikely that any clot would have formed by that point that you don't even technically need an echocardiogram to assess for clots in the heart before cardioverting (shocking) back into a normal rhythm.

Likely scenario here is that he realized it almost immediately, as his heart rate likely went up dramatically and his exercise tolerance dropped (or he just felt it or his smart watch told him). Discussed with a trainer who put him on a monitor and confirmed it, saw a cardiologist within hours, had an echo performed to confirm no clot in the heart and then had a brief sedation and cardioversion. Once you're back in sinus rhythm with Paroxysmal Afib, I doubt that they would even start any antiarrhythmic medications at this point. Likely just cut out alcohol and caffeine and wait to see if this was a one-off or if it happens again, buy a smartwatch to wear to bed and when not on the field. If it does recur multiple times, the next step in a high-level athlete would likely be an electrophysiologic study (electrodes inserted into the heart through the wrist or groin) and ablation (find the area of the heart causing the arrhythmia and burn it with RF energy (that's radio frequency, not recruiting forum - that energy form is mainly used for burning mattresses). After ablation, you would have to be on blood thinners for a month or two until the ablated area is fully healed, so I doubt that anything like this would happen before the end of the season.

What part don’t you understand ? Did you not watch the games yesterday? Ohio state blew out there opponent and Georgia should’ve lost. Alabama played a close game until towards the end. Oh by the way with a fresh Qb with talents. But he plays a different style that the game was going. Until it plays out and or Qb shows more than in a relief ballgame. That’s the way I see it !
I think it was your stupid nicknames for the teams that confused everyone

Yeah a little pricey for sure. As a sipping drink for occasions, 👍
Don't get me wrong, I think it's good but I think the plain old Jeffersons is just as good. It's not as proofy but it definitely is a little smoother (probably because of the proof). Same goes with Jeffersons reserve. All JMO.

It's amazing how palettes differ. Everyone one I talked to was telling me about Angel's envy. I finally broke down and picked up a bottle. It's was about as unflavored as I'd ever had, especially on the backend. The nose was pretty good but it had no flavor to me.

I cannot stand Angel Envy, but most you talk to absolutely love it. Same with Blantons, I dislike.
Michters Sour mash is about the best I've ever had. Currently on a woodford kick, which I use to not care for. Woodford and Old Forrestor Statesmen are my two go tos.
