TVs aren’t that complicated….. just depends on what you want…. Streaming sounds complicated but it’s really not.
Well, y’all made it complicated about which is best by arguing. And nobody has answered my question. What should I get if I only want to watch college football and an occasional movie?

THAT is how you win even when you lose. That also might be the greatest pic in all of sports. The sheer number of reactions is great. A fan of any team in any sport can find themselves somewhere in that pic.
I swear, dude in the red hat is the "Yup!" Guy from that storage show.

Good message, Coach Harsin.

There’s so much wrong with that.
1) the over the top sexual innuendos
2) the HARD acronym is used in the poster to describe both positive AND negative attributes - so which one is it?
3) toward the end of the negatives it mistakenly puts a “your” instead of a “you’re.”

Just strange all around that someone would green light this for public display. Tells me a little bit about how that program is being run.

hogwash

Here's the thing imo

There's a difference between the top players as themselves vs the same players + their scheme.

Based off raw talent, we may not have a top 25 QB, RB corps, or WR corps. Pruitt just didn't leave us much and Heupel has one class in.

And yet we'll end up with (at least) a top 25 unit in every category. That's Heupel's fingerprints you'll see over all the dead bodies this offense is about to leave in its wake.

When I was in college I lived in Neyland Hills apartments overlooking the river. My front door/balcony faced the river and the Vol Navy right across the street. The stadium was a quick trip under the rail road bridge and through the fence.
We would start the day walking around The Fort meeting random people and drinking their beer. Then we came back and returned the favor to passerby. Then onto the game. Those Saturdays stretched on forever.
If there’s a heaven, that’s it.
Back in the early to mid 80's, we would generally find a parking spot on the strip usually at Wendy's or a Shell gas station just down a short walk. We would then grab a burger and fries at Sam & Andy's. Then we would turn the corner and down as many pitchers of beer as we could at a cheap place called Quarters before heading to the Hill to catch the Vol Walk and the POTS and then on in to watch warm-ups. Loved those Saturdays. Also remember for quite a few years back then there would be several thousand fans gather by the best Western to drink beer and listen to a one-man band. Those years were awesome on the strip

Georgia sucks
Atlanta is ok. Tons to do...but traffic and the unplanned suburban hell outside the loop is meh. Midtown and the areas between the 2 big parks are fun. Enjoy visiting there.

Savannah is awesome imo.

Never been to Athens...I know it's known for music, but most say it's a sleepy meh town.

The rest yeah...burn it with extra gas.

How are PFF grades made?
Grades are made by watching and analyzing every single play. Plays earn some degree of +/-

Instead of just saying, "well Johnny threw an incompletion" (which is the only thing traditional box stats record) when really Johnny threw the ball directly to the DB, who just happened to drop the easy interception, it is graded similar to an INT.

Or imagine a guy that gets to the QB and forces him to throw it away. Traditional box stats show nothing (semi-advanced stats will at least show a QB hurry). PFF grades it accordingly.

Also why many are befuddled by some players' grades...they don't and won't always align closely with traditional stats. Because traditional stats are broken, in that way.

It's like in poker if you go all-in with 27 and beat Aces. Well...the outcome was good (traditional stats view) but the process was poor. This is the big difference between process-oriented analysis vs outcome-oriented analysis, which is pretty much garbage in every field. That is, it's a very poor predictor of future success vs analyzing the process/decision that led up to the play.
