@Bassmaster_Vol
Got any good recruiting nugs?
I know Lang commits later today. I assume we're still considered the leader. You think we have a chance at Arion Carter? Seems like we finally have a visit set up. Numbers will be interesting. Depending on how we finish, we may not have many spots for portal guys. I'm curious who we encourage to leave.
Marvin is a Martian, not a Martin.We ain't got no time for that stupid Scrappy Doo,
We're in a van down by the river, smoking weed with Scobby Doo,
Marvin the Martin about to unleash the illudium Q-38 dimension disintegrator on the Great Gazoo,
Like Heupel about to unleash hell on poor Mizzou,
It don't matter,

Do we not offer pre-med here? I would think we do. Come here, play football, and if that doesn't work out, finish up at UT-Memphis. I think they call UT-Memphis the UT Health Science Center now. Anyway, if medicine is what he wants, we can offer him a clear path to that goal while playing football for the flagship university of his home state.Carter was interviewed on The Zone today. He said he is still 100% a Memphis commit. Said he wants to study pre-med there. Seems like a good kid. I hope we can at least get him on campus for a visit.
Pre-med is not even a major, it's just a path you take to try and get admitted to medical school. so in other words if you are pre-med you're actually probably a biology or chemistry major and you take a couple of extra electives outside of the major that medical schools require be on your resume. And yes, there is no U of M medical school, it is the university of tennessee health science center in memphis that has the med school, pharmacy school, etc. so saying you're going to memphis because you want to be pre med is sort of an uneducated perspective. you can be "pre-med' at any undergrad school.Do we not offer pre-med here? I bet TCU will be 4th.. but when you dig into the circumstances of their resume, you can definitely make a case they shouldn’t be top 4.
- They beat 4 teams who were ranked at the time of when they played, but only 2 of those teams are still in the Top 25 and both of those teams have 3 losses.
- After this past weekend, it is entirely possible that the two remaining “ranked wins” that TCU had against teams still in the CFP Top 25.. May drop out. Oklahoma State was 18th.. they lost. Kansas State was 13th.. they lost. Kansas State may stay in barely, and Kansas may land inside of the top 25 again after beating Oklahoma State this weekend. So after tonight probably either 1 or 2 of their wins will remain in the top 25.
- They had one top 10 win… that team, Oklahoma State, is about to fall out of the CFP Top 25 entirely.
- Add in the fact that of those 4 ranked wins at the time, TCU trailed in 3 of them.
- Also add in that of those 4 ranked games they knocked out the starting QB in 3 of the 4 games.
- Also should note about these QBs.. a couple (I haven’t check them all) were dirty hits. 1 of the hits actually got the TCU player ejected. Another got the TCU player flagged for 15 yards because the QB was mid slide when they hit him. So, yeah, dirty.

I try to avoid conversations with jackholes, so no, I've never noticed that.You ever notice how some fans always have to start their comment with "I'm an Alabama fan. . ." or "I'm an UGA fan. . .", like their opinion somehow means more or is better than anyone else beacuse they're a fan of a certain team?
