Predictable, conservative ranking by the committee-- undefeateds in, with UT having to "earn" our way back into the Top 4. I doubt they really want TCU in the playoffs, but figure that will sort itself out. The Pac-12 will sort itself out, too.

Our biggest disadvantage was once our advantage-- an easy schedule down the stretch. We don't have any big games left and we don't play a team that can boost our resume. OSU and UM have a spotlight game and both have a chance to leave the committee with a great impression. Oregon has ranked teams left on the schedule and can pad their resume with a conference championship. This is where "style points" matter. Blow everybody out and look like the team they ranked #1 last week.
