I was pissed because they made us show all of our assets up front (bank statements and all) to get our house, but when we turned around and sold our house the buyer couldn’t get financed for his full amount at the last minute and we lost 50k.. the realtor was on my sh!t list.. they treated us, regular people who are from the boro(I won’t go into it) like criminals, but were afraid to ask for anything I guess for this dude.. I’m still mad lol .. had I known how it was going to happen I would have sold to the one couple who were from here for less and still ended up making more.. apparently we are all supposed to trust the financials of Egyptian citizens over locals lolYeah we had similar offers when we sold which was in May. Sold it for over double what we paid for which was nice, but we had to do some persuading to get the buyer we felt was best. There were multiple offers that were 20k over what this one buyer bid but who wrote a really nice note with her offer about seeing herself in the house and it was her first house, so we went to her first and told her if she could match the bids that were 20k over, it was hers. She ended up doing that and got the house. The other two offers that were higher were both investors that were going to rent it out. We wanted better for the house and to give it to someone that would truly make it a home. We were glad she was able to get it.
I would think it’s a give a veteran a chance to prove he’s improved on the field instead of in camp while at the same time letting the backup get a lot of valuable playing time in case he gets moved to starter.Kinda feel like Martinez is a little stubborn with his need to start veterans. If he starts getting burnt all over the field they gotta just go ahead and bench him.
Josh Heupel’s authentic enthusiasm is contagious. It’s refreshing to see. It just gives the team that confidence boost that he has their back.
With Butch and Dooley especially, it was always endless excuses. Depth was always the punchline. Heupel has never complained about depth.
With Pruitt, he always complained about the roster to the public. That rubs guys the wrong way.
The problem is he'll have to buy above actual value as well.Oh it's definitely a sellers market rite now buying Ehhh not so kind.My buddy just sold his little house and made out like a bandit . I was shocked honestly never thought he get remotely what he did.Man only had $63,000 in the house period. He had it sold for $165 and they backed out and within the same day someone jumped back in for $184,000.I was like wow def something I didn't expect and honestly makes me consider selling my house.Im not trying to deal with relocating rite now or I would.
