I can tell you what we did but it may not be for everyone. My wife's mom said don't let the baby dictate your schedule. Feed the baby before bedtime. Resist the urge to feed right when they wake up and start crying. Let them cry a bit before feeding again. Keep lengthening the time between feedings. Also, many babies will fall asleep while feeding before they're full. Keep waking them up and offering stimulus and go back to feeding making sure they're full.


I know all babies are different but our were sleeping through the night within a month, I think my daughter was sleeping through the night after the first 2-3 weeks.

Ours will fall asleep during breastfeeding, but joy bottle. She will cry at the end of bottle feeding. We call it she is protesting. She eventually stops usually after 5-10 minutes. We already go 3-4 hours between feedings.

It's really hard not to love Joe Milton. He's stuck it out, improved in every way from what we've been able to see, and been a great teammate. It would've been easy to go into a shell, leave, or get mad but he just went to work and supported his teammates. He deserves to have a special season when he takes over next year.

I hope he balls out and gets drafted day 1. Would love to see him reach his potential, Bruce Leroy style.

No idea how you survived the whole 14-15 months getting up each night. Our girl is 2 months old and I’m dragging some days (like today). She is in the 1% so hopefully that doesn’t mean she will take longer.

As far as what you and @MoCo_Vol say about “crying it out.” What did you all do and when did you let them do it? My wife and I have done it before but only because we HAD to eat. She would not stop crying no matter what we were doing and we were already way past dinner time. Wife absolutely hates it.

At 6 months their stomach is generally big enough that they are full and sleep most of the night. Also get miracle swaddle (straight jacket for babies) so they don’t wake themselves up… then same exact schedule each day and night. Get Moms on call app if need be for schedule.

I agree. 1. Bullying is dumb. Be adults. 2. Killing a bunch of people because you were bullied is not acceptable retaliation. You aren't the victim anymore.

First few nights we laid in bed beside him, and would just quietly comfort him. Then we’d stay in the living room and watch TV quietly. It was a miserable few weeks, but once he got used to it never cried anymore really.

That happened so fast in real time. And in slow motion you see that Turner doesn't even have his eyes on, and can't see, Dart. I think he thought he had the shoulder pad and was trying to pull him down with it.

In the slow motion when he turns his head and sees the helmet he immediately throws his hands up. I don't think a 1st round defender in a tie ballgame trying to stop Ole Miss on 3rd & 18 thinks, "You know what would help us out here? If I grabbed his facemask and broke his neck." As nasty as it was, the simplest answer is usually correct: accident.

It looks like he jerked down intentionally to me right there at the end..I don't buy that ...he did it on purpose.

The colic phase for us was wild. It lasted about 11 weeks, and it seemed to turn off overnight. One week she fussed ALL the time, the next, nothing. I remember vividly how absolutely exhausted I was during those first months. Just know it will pass.

We would let her cry while we ate or showered or stepped outside for a minute of peace. If your wife nurses, she could check her diet for triggers. We learned that when I ate anything with onions, it would hurt my daughter's stomach. Adding solids soon should help as well, if it's not better before then.

I’d like to ask everyone that would to pray for my stepdad, my dad passed when I was 9 months old so he’s been my dad my entire life. They have found a mass on or around his bladder. We are waiting for an appointment in Vanderbilt so they can get a biopsy done. It’s so hard to have any peace in this life anymore. TIA
