Wish he had his stuff together while here and could've stayed with us. If he could've stayed here and stayed healthy, he would've been a great RB. . . one of the best.
I think the coaches pushed him to play and he didn’t want to. Was always dealing with a nagging issues that the coaches didn’t think should keep him off the field. Didn’t give it all.

Just my guess.

But when he wanted to he was great.

I was pissed because they made us show all of our assets up front (bank statements and all) to get our house, but when we turned around and sold our house the buyer couldn’t get financed for his full amount at the last minute and we lost 50k.. the realtor was on my sh!t list.. they treated us, regular people who are from the boro(I won’t go into it) like criminals, but were afraid to ask for anything I guess for this dude.. I’m still mad lol .. had I known how it was going to happen I would have sold to the one couple who were from here for less and still ended up making more.. apparently we are all supposed to trust the financials of Egyptian citizens over locals lol
This is actually a real thing now. I've talked/heard from several people that had similar situation.

Buyers come in and offer a really high bid. Slow play after the offer is signed then come back with a lower number with some excuse about financing and get the seller to take less. They figure that the seller won't be willing to back out cause they are so far in to it.

Idk how credible, but I thought I read here that he was the one that was frustrated he couldn’t play but the staff and trainers thought he wasn’t ready. Or something to that effect at least.

That would explain that one Instagram live he did where he said he was playing the day before and then didn’t.

I will help as I can based on the details provided. I am a Mortgage Lender but NOT an attorney.

1-There is no right of rescission on a purchase for either buyer or seller, this is a right for refinance transactions, certain HELOC's, second mortgage liens, and some other non applicable loans.
2-Caveat is I haven't seen the contract but, the contract was written to, agreed upon and "BOUND" based upon the agreed sales price. The reduction at the table almost certainly nullifies this. It is a material breach.
3-The realtor: They are licensed and have certain enforceable penalties for violating the terms. What I would recommend is find out who their principle broker at their office is. Inform them that you will be taking legal action based on your experience. The "Principle Broker" (your realtor's boss) is very much in a vulnerable position here. They will be highly motivated to make you whole.
4-Do not bluff, contact a real estate attorney and follow through, and do it without delay.
This was in October of last year, since then we all have Covid and my husband had a bunch of strokes after Covid, so we kind of forgot about it.. I really don’t want to deal with any of these people any more.. so we are just going to let it it go.. like my mom said, people will do you wrong in life, you just have to move on

You know a lot about it. . . starting to think you're a woke party member. . . maybe the leader of the wokeness.

This is exactly what happened.. and they vetted the shizznit out of us and didn’t even look at this dude’s stuff, just trusted that wonky new york bank.. who were like ‘opps’ at the end lol.. my advice would be only buy and sell to Tennessee folks in the future

I think 8-4 will be the record and we should be very happy with that. We have had a decade of incompetence and just had horrible roster turnover. We are in year 2 After year one being much better than we all expected.

I think if we can show steady improvement, recruiting will really take off And this program can make a big run

I had an opposite problem when I bought my current house. We went under contract on a Friday and Monday morning the owner tried to back out with some kind of excuse about the title of the house having issues and he couldn’t actually sell the house to us. Long story short, someone came in after us with a substantially larger offer and the owner tried to shadily force us out of the contract and I just threatened to sue and told them good luck. Two days later they had their whole title issue sorted out.

8-4 year 2, coming in from where we were less than 2 yrs ago. . . please and thanks.

If we go 8-4 we have lost to 2 of FL, LSU, and Pitt, or we’ve dropped a game to a KY or SC too.

losing to KY or SC would be embarrassing. We are far better than both. Adding rattler did not even SC up with us. That game was over after the first quarter last year

why should we lose to 2 of Pitt, Fl, and LSU? I could see LSU because they still have talent and it’s a home game for them. But this is year 1 and they were atrocious last year. This is Fl with a year 1 staff. And Pitt lost everyone who made them good last year.

have we improved? Do we really have a legit QB and coaching staff? Then we should not lose to 2 of those 3 games.

We have made great strides but we still have major flaws—especially on the defensive side of the ball. Losing to Pitt and LSU on the road isn’t unrealistic at all. Those will be tough games. I do think we take care of Florida though. Even a KY loss—though I don’t expect it—isn’t unreasonable. Especially with the question marks from our defense

I did and the realtor said we could be sued if we backed out also started yelling at me

This realtor doesn’t seem to have your best interests. You have every right to back out, if it wasn’t the price you agreed to. This is a realtor that’s likely angry that he/she is losing out on commission for this sale.

As a seller, you should know whether or not buyer is pre-approved. Any realtor worthwhile will inform the seller of this and speak to the benefit. Should be considered when weighing offers.

Seller can also request to remove financing contingency from contract (if buyer asked for it) if the buyer is not pre-approved. At the very least, this would entitle the seller to earnest monies if buyer can’t get fully financed.

I'm reading all these expectations and honestly I think 8-4 but will not be totally shocked at 7-5.
Yes we have a great offense if OL holds up but I think people forget it wasn't long ago Heupel arriving and all those players left. Most were predicting 3 or 4 win season.

Not often that I agree with McGill but if injuries happen and things go just a little south this place is gonna be unbearable.
