This realtor doesn’t seem to have your best interests. You have every right to back out, if it wasn’t the price you agreed to. This is a realtor that’s likely angry that he/she is losing out on commission for this sale.
That’s what we thought to.. this was in October last year.. we just kind of let it go.. but left a very bad aftertaste lol

I think the coaches pushed him to play and he didn’t want to. Was always dealing with a nagging issues that the coaches didn’t think should keep him off the field. Didn’t give it all.

Just my guess.

But when he wanted to he was great.
That's what I had heard from someone playing ball with one of his old teammates...

I think 8-4 will be the record and we should be very happy with that. We have had a decade of incompetence and just had horrible roster turnover. We are in year 2 After year one being much better than we all expected.

I think if we can show steady improvement, recruiting will really take off And this program can make a big run

It sounds like you don't even want to fire up the coaching search machine. If we don't set our expectations insanely high, we won't be able to be let down. Then we can't blame the coaches and demand they be fired. We will never get back on the coaching carousel with you attitude.

Any of you that are thinking about joining the 1st qtr Boiz this year, let me know before you open a draft kings account and I'll give you my referral. You get up to $100 for free. Deposit $100, get $100. Deposit $25-$49 get $25, $50-$99 gets $50 free.

Also, you'll get a 20% deposit bonus on top of the referral bonus. So a $100 deposit would give you a $220 balance.

If I'm not around when you ask, I'm sure one of the other bettors here can give you their referral code for the same promotion.

I would be fine with 8-4 but my gut says we do better. Heupel would be the first to tell you we should have won 9 last year. Pitt, Ole miss, Purdue, we didn’t catch a lot of breaks. Of course injuries are always a factor when quality depth isn’t where it should be. Either way this team will be fun to watch. Going to score some points.

A lot of people on here go toxic on just about every play during the games.
This is why I stay off social media during games until the score starts spreading out either way. It's great for the mental health. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot. Just enjoy the ebb and flow of the game with those around you then come back here and give/read reviews.

Folks don't live tweet movies. Don't post on facebook about how terrible a movie is an how the movie is James Cameron's worst work ever after 5 minutes. You don't read the first chapter of a book then pretend to know how the book ends. You finish the movie or book then talk about your thoughts of the entire thing together. Sports are more enjoyable if you try to treat them the same way. Plus you can be more "involved" with whoever you're watching with.

I'm reading all these expectations and honestly I think 8-4 but will not be totally shocked at 7-5.
Yes we have a great offense if OL holds up but I think people forget it wasn't long ago Heupel arriving and all those players left. Most were predicting 3 or 4 win season.

Not often that I agree with McGill but if injuries happen and things go just a little south this place is gonna be unbearable.
2 things.

1. we have a more "knowns" this year than last, not least of which is a qb that we all pretty much agree is a difference maker for us. 4/5 O linemen, leading WR, and the only real issue is the unproven talent at WR, and RB depth. TE should be solid. The defense needs to improve, but the good news is there really is no where to go but up seeing as they were so bad last year. so having a mediocre/average defense, in theory, is a lot better than what we did last season. overall depth is better on the defensive side, even if the quality of the depth isn't exactly where it needs to be. So the year 2 concern is offset b/c of those things, imo.
2. if we have injuries at ultra thin spots or at key positions, of course that changes outlooks, but unless they actually happen, why should your outlook be adjusted?

I did and the realtor said we could be sued if we backed out also started yelling at me
That is interesting. I think I would have walked out, but that is easy for me to say. I don't know all the facts, but if they put in a bid for a certain amount and tried to lower it at closing, I don't see how they would have had a case at all. Also sounds like you had a very bad realtor.
