I can't bring myself to re-watch the game anytime soon. While watching it live I rewound a couple of their TD plays during commercial and we had guys on defense just hanging out in space like QB spies but then not reacting or doing anything once the ball was out.

Looked like we were playing 9 vs 11 at times.

I don't know what happens next week. Coaches and players will have to re-watch that game. Will be interesting to see who plays and who doesn't. The Vandy game matters to me and should matter to the team. I have no clue what to expect. Totally depressing.

Right. Show me a team that forced no turnovers and only one punt and still won… I’m sure it’s happened sometime, but not very often.

That is what gives me pause about the whole rumor. Banks is like two games from if not getting drafted, then at least getting a shot at the NFL. How the **** are you caring THAT much about NIL discrepancy with two games left during a championship run? Seems a little suspect tbh.

I want to have this perspective but Clemson doesn’t play in the SEC. They aren’t really challenged until the playoffs. This was a Clemson-esque season but we will have multiple losses because of who we have to play every season.

At the end of the day until we recruit with the likes of Bama and GA this is probably as good as it can get.

It’s 100% on brand for the Vols. At this point I’m shocked Levis didn’t throw for 600 against us after we dunked on him all year. Guess he just sucks that bad. As a fanbase we eat humble pie more than any other in all sports.

I just don't want to see Carolina blow us out like that again. If bama or Georgia does it I can deal with it but losing like that to a mediocre team is something that's hard to take

We don’t have to recruit like UGA and Bama to beat SC, give me a break.

There’s no excuse or reason for it. It was a failure at every level of that team. They can either learn and fix it or we can hop right off the express elevator to relevancy Huepel put us on. That was a major red flag and its not even close. Defense has handicapped Huepel and we all try to find a reason to explain the failures on that side of the ball. The reality is, it is failure on that side of the ball and it has to be fixed for us to keep progressing up.
