I might watch some USF games in the future.
I consider USF my "little brother" program...they are the only other team that I root for at all, but I am kinda pissed at them.

I really hope Golesh does well there, they were headed toward being a top program back in the mid-aughts, but they got badly derailed and UCF kind of took their place away from them.

He has taken on a very hard job.

Danny Kanell is such a tool.

He used to be normal and much more tolerable like 4-5 years ago. I liked listening to him then but he’d playfully jab at the SEC.

He got the most interaction from that bc 1) it’s always a bad take and 2) SEC fans are bananas. So I believe he made a business decision to go full heel and man that act is annoying.

Deion turning Colorado into SMU, just take 20+ in the portal every year.

I’m not even sure what his team’s offense or defense looks like, haven’t watched any games. But not sure his success at Jackson State will translate to Colorado I like it though. Give USC, UCLA, Utah & Oregon someone else to deal with.
Next year’s A&M

We learned with our first child…not to share names we were thinking of. Everyone had something negative to say. If you and your wife are happy with the name……it is the right name.
I haven’t seen anyone make fun of the name I chose, just coming up with UT related shitpost names lol. It’s all good, I can take a joke
Are you saying you don't like our suggestions?

That's hurtful.
They’re certainly creative, I can give y’all that hahah
That’s is peculiar choice for your firstborn daughter.
Saving it for my first born son, will be spell YeZeus.

Sidenote: Sorry lord for my sacrilege

“Going to end bad!” Guy turned around a dump in Jackson State went undefeated within 2 seasons. Recruits love him and why wouldn’t they. Kirby smart or Deion Sanders walks into your living room who is the recruit likely going to pick? Lol He’ll do well at Colorado just like he’s done everywhere else he’s been
By signing top 5 overall recruit and talent that don’t go to school at that level.
Out talented everyone.
Just out talenting don’t equate to wins so easily at the power 5 level.
Just ask Jimbo

12-3-71

“This day in 1971, Tennessee took on No. 5 Penn State at Neyland Stadium in the first game between these football powerhouses. The Nittany Lions were undefeated coming to town. They had averaged 44 points per game and had twice scored in the 60s. The Vols were 8-2 and considered underdogs. No one really knew what to expect.
Tennessee had lost to Auburn and Alabama earlier in the season, leaving Vol fans wondering if the young men in orange were up to the task.
It was “Majors Family Day” for the home season finale, and the game was telecast nationwide on ABC. Bobby Majors, the last of three brothers to play at Tennessee, and the “Offensive Defense” put on quite a show. What the crowd of about 59,000 got was a surprise, a tribute to Tennessee and Tennessee tradition.
The final was 31-11. You read that one correctly. Vol defenders had never been better, stopping a Penn State offense featuring Franco Harris and Lydell Mitchell in its tracks. Conrad Graham scored on a 76-yard fumble return for a touchdown.”

I was at that game. One of the best ones I attended.

Deion may actually be the right kind of HC for this era of portal hopping & NIL. He treats it like a business, like the NFL and unlike Gump he’s got the receipts to say “I’ve done it.”

He’ll be able to get them to 8-10 wins a year, good players and motivated talent in the PAC-12 will have no trouble winning that many. But the Xs & Os, play calling, culture, & staff around you is what separates those good teams winning 8 to 10 games from the elite teams that win 12 and make the CFP.

It’s a smart move for his career, a P5 conference and a location without absurd expectations. But still a team that if he wins there he can make the playoffs.

Will definitely make a splash… Just have to wonder if Colorado has the money to make it worth it.

Deon to Miami feels like a more interesting scenario by far… but 🤷‍♂️ Will definitely watch a Colorado game next year… a sentence I never thought possible.

Colorado fans would backflip for 5-7 next year, just saying.
5-7 would be a huge disappointment if 200 recruits and transfers are calling .
Making it sound like he ain’t gonna have to leave campus and recruit.
They just gonna be showing up by the bus load.
12-0 or bust

I think Deion should’ve really been hired at Georgia Tech. His ties in Atlanta from his pro career, his ability to relate to southern kids, especially the black demographic, and his personality in general all translate very well in this region of the country.

But out west? I’m not so sure.

Why don’t you take your version of the Vols and join the MAC…. That way you can get the warm fuzzies from many victories…. My version of the Vols is not afraid of anyone and want to play the better teams…. It’s true we did lose to Bama for 15 straight years but we also were losing to Vandy, Georgia State, and many other losing programs…. Playing Bama didn’t hold us back… we held ourselves back.
I'm not afraid of them. I want to succeed...having to be one of the only 2 teams that has to play the 2 most talented rosters in all of CFB every f'n year is stupid..it wins you nothing, just trying to win the SEC is hard enough without making it extra hard...and..

Kiss my ass...

And I mean that like I do when I am arguing with my brothers.

5-7 would be a great first season. They went 1-11 and lucky they didn’t go 0-12. They also have a very difficult schedule next year

How is he as a coach? What’s his offensive/defensive system? I’m sure he will recruit everybody knows that.

I grew up in ATL I love Prime. I just don’t know anything about him as a coach and I haven’t seen JSU play much at all. Next yrs schedule looks tough for them at first glance.
