Parkinson’s is a nasty disease

My grandmother had something similar to it and passed away back in the 80's. My sister has Multiple Sclerosis and was diagnosed when she was about 14 years old. All of those types of illnesses are nasty. A cure for one would probably open the door to many more.

Don't be silly. This is your real first controller, isn't it?
iu

Frogger was a bloody messy game back then 😂

Pretty crazy that Titans lead the AFC south and just fired the GM. Figured that would happen at season’s end. OC definitely warrants a change.
The firing in itself isn’t crazy. He’s missed on draft picks much more than he’s hit, and leading what’s arguably the worst division in the NFL isn’t really something to hang your hat on, but yeah timing definitely a little strange though like you said.

Looking to get a framed pic made to hang in my man cave of the stadium post Alabama win this year. Then surround it with pics my oldest and I took while we were at the stadium and on the field.

Anyone know of any being sold?

Someone on Twitter posted a beautifully done one this last week thst showed on my timeline but he wasn’t someone I followed and I can’t find it now.

Yeah. It had nothing to do with the fact that it was pouring rain the entire time. Also, even the threat of the deep pass forced the safeties to play back off the LOS which opened up the run game. We will see when we get to the Orange Bowl in a few weeks, but I think you will see a very different chemistry between Bazooka Joe and the WR corps. You can feel free to continue to complain until then.

I'm sorry, but he was overthrowing guys by 10+ yards left and right. I don't blame that on the rain. We had guys open downfield all game and he was just throwing with reckless abandon, just like he has done for literally YEARS. I personally hope he throws for 400 yards and 5 TDs against Clemson, but I just don't have any reason to believe he is capable of that based on what he has done when he is the starter (not what he has done in mop up duty).

My papaw had Parkinson’s for years and it eventually killed him by choking him to death, I’m pretty sure. He got to where he couldn’t even use the muscles to swallow. I really hope science makes advancements in the treatment of it

Clearly, he felt the pressure mentally when he was the starter again. It was the only game he played in this year where the outcome wasn't already decided. His issues are all mental, and when he is the starter with the pressure on him, he just gets in his own head and yeets the ball around without any touch or accuracy. That's been his issue even when he was at Michigan, it was his issue last year, and it was his issue against Vandy. The run game bailed him out in a big way, but he did not look good at all.
I'm sorry, are we talking about the Vandy game where it was pouring rain?

I can't wait until he finds out that @Christian Lowe named his daughter after me. He's gonna be so excited!
Been around long enough to remember when VN parents wouldn’t admit the existence of @BaldBiker to their children…much less name them in his honor. 😉

I responded to this post:

You wondered if he can hit the deep pass. I posted video of him hitting the deep pass repeatedly. Now, having answered your question, you want to move the goalposts. I'm getting the impression you don't actually want to discuss the topic you brought up, and instead just posted the above looking for folks to bemoan our future if he's at QB?

Not interested in that. I'll leave you to it.

Don't get mad because I brought up his ONE start where he didn't come in for mop up duty. Every single throw you showed is in mop up duty against teams we were already WAY up on. He had no pressure to win the game so they were just out there having fun. I'm much more interested in what he has done as a starter when the game is all on his shoulders. Since the beginning of his career at Michigan he has never been able to consistently throw the ball as a starter. He has said himself several times that it is a mental thing that he has to get over. I hope he balls out against Clemson and leads us to the playoffs next year, but based on what he has done in meaningful gameplay at TN and at Michigan I just don't expect it to happen.

Little known fact, most people believe The Flintstones were modeled after The Honeymooners. But actually, The Flintstones is a semi-biographical story of @BaldBiker (Fred) and @InVOLuntary (Barney).

Also, Wilma is a red head. @Orangeredblooded is a red head. Coincidence? You decide.....
BB used to shout Yabba Dabba Woo! But the show changed it to Doo. Everyone hated the Woo.

I'm not reading much into it given the weather. Hooker overthrew lots of passes this year. Milton did too. Milton looked fine (not perfect) and utterly dismantled Vandy with the rest of his offense. He was never under pressure nor seemingly felt pressure, and the results demonstrated as much.
