The offensive numbers got better each year at UCF. Sounds like those fans were frustrated by a bad W-L record during the covid season and don't know football.

Someone, I forget who, answered my post about my concern about our DB recruiting for next year. Gave me a list of those coming in and their ranking. Really helped me to see the difference between what we have now and their ranks which were like 600 or 500 compared with those coming in that are, if I remember right, are 200 and no higher than 300. My question would be, do you guys (gals included) feel comfortable with the Freshman coming as potential starters or are you hoping for one or maybe two from the portal? I'll hang up and listen.

Heck yeah, if they prove it in practice and are clearly better.

Stetson Bennett for Heisman is killing me. He’s not the best or most important player on his own team. He’s not the best QB in his own division, let alone conference. GA could trade him for, at minimum, a dozen other QBs and be better. Jake Fromm put up similar numbers at the same school on a worse team and wasn’t a heisman candidate. Aaron Murray put up far better numbers at the same school on a worse team and wasn’t a heisman candidate. And, Bennett has been included not just to the exclusion of Hooker, but also Bryce Young, Michael Penix, Blake Corum, and probably a bunch of other guys who are both far better and more important to their teams. Makes. No. Sense.

If you were the QB or the top player on one the top 5 teams before championship Saturday, you got votes. It’s like they just looked at those teams and said, who is the best players on those teams because those are the only teams that will make it into the CFP’s. I guess Corum must have been 5th in voting.

This kid is excited to be a Vol. Happy for him. Those videos show he’s got some skills for sure. He committed without a TE coach in place, says a lot about Heupel and this program. Can’t wait to see him in Orange!
