It's weird that their whole program smokes a cigar if they win against a team that isn't a rival.Serving a table at my restaurant
Just found out there's a bammer there because he said
"They're not even our rivals, Auburn is our rival!"
Another dude is like "well I don't get why they'd tear down the goalposts for a team that doesn't even consider Tennessee its rival?"
Trying not to educate these people and lose my tip
They are not stopping underage drinking… they are sending in decoys to bust concession stand workers that don’t properly check ids…. It has very little affect on underage drinking…. It gets a concession stand worker(typically someone just working the game for extra money) to be charged with a misdemeanor…. Aramark to possibly lose a lot of business…. and the University to potentially lose revenue. How is allowing underage drinking supporting the program?
I really really really hope Milton has polished up his game. I am not against Joe and I know what it means to go against the popular trend in this thread but I got to see it. I don't hate the guy, and I do not want him to fail. For me personally I been ruined by Hooker and just have those memories from last year missing wide open WR's. I am pulling for Joe and I hope he balls out. Just can't be over the moon like some of you guys about him right now. Throws the such a pretty bomb but I am hoping for a sustained drive of 10, 15, or 20 yards down field. Just picking apart Clemson's defensive. That's what I am hoping for. Please Joe prove me wrong.
Makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. They are not stopping underage drinking… they are sending in decoys to bust concession stand workers that don’t properly check ids…. I did a quick google search and couldn’t find another university busted for that…. I’m sure it’s probably happened but it seems like we go after the most inconsequential offenses on our campus…. I’m not advocating for letting sexual assault, domestic assault or anything like that go. However, if it’s something that you would overlook bc you went to high school with them…. Stop escalating things and allow the coaching staff to handle it….
You never know what will happen in bowl games…. Sometimes teams will act like it’s a vacation and not show up…. This is also the second best defense that we will have played this year, imo. If he struggles some or does amazing….. there will be major over reactions to his performance on this message board….. good or bad.I really really really hope Milton has polished up his game. Dumping a bunch of sand on your field seems to work as wellThis offense is designed to create mismatches just like every offense that works on a regular basis is. The biggest difference is the speed in which CJH runs it and the inability for the defense to substitute fresh players and personnel to better match up in certain down and distance situations.
The only things that will really slow it down are excellent man to man cover DB's and DL pressure that can also stop the run. Or new rules to allow defenses to substitute at will. If you have the first part then it becomes a chess match between DC and CJH and as for the second part, that is what Saban is lobbing for as we speak.
DBs will be a little tougher than wr….. a lot quantity but not sure how much quality is available…. Hopefully…. We can pull a couple.Like the TE, K, and OT pickups-- TE should be a great fit and the OT has 3yrs to develop but looks like he could come in and contribute some right away if we can get that cardio up...
Who are we looking at or talking with at RB? I thought AP or someone else hinted that we were fine with JWT and Whitehead leaving because we were picking up a RB in the portal? Any idea?
There are so many WR's and DB's out there now, we shouldn't have an issue getting who we want... I guess Hyatt coming back since he signed the Hotel deal?
