The other snub for national awards is Golesh not receiving the Broyles award. Most powerful offense in the nation in year 2 after taking over a program that had been nuked by the prior coach with an ongoing investigation? Give our offensive coaches and HC some credit, my word! Where did TCU’s offense rank nationally against WAY WORSE competition?

Been playing around in there since last night. Did y'all know that a good WR isn't supposed to torch defenses deep, and that's all Hyatt did all year and that he can only catch if he's wide open??
Hmm, that’s funny…the link below is just the 6 catches in the Bama game, and 2 of those are not deep balls and are contested. We could take a long time and go through all of them, but I remember numerous catches over the middle that were contested.

On top of this, isn’t it the ultimate goal of the WR to get separation and be wide open for your QB??? Wouldn’t that be the mark of an elite scheme and an elite WR executing in all facets to get open and then make the catch???

Jalin is more than deserving of the Biletnikoff. He put in the work. It was states from spring practice all the way through the season how he flipped the switch and made the decision to get better at his craft. Tillman inspired him by how much work he put in and Jalin wanted to do likewise. I hope that the younger guys in that room are out catching passes off the JUGS machine today and out working on their routes right now so that they can get better and we just make the Biletnikoff an annual UT award. Very happen for Jalin and his parents as well. They should be very proud of the young man they have raised.

Someone on one of their forums. . . 247 I think

This is what happens when the media picks your player as the winner with no stats or proof to back it up. They deemed him the winner before the ceremony so their fans believed he had it won. Then when he didn’t win, they all get mad. Media are the worst.

Maybe because everyone knows who the real OC was behind the offense. Just sayin

Umm, did y’all hear the comment at the end that he is looking at options with Spyre for next year? Sounds like he may be leaning to come back.
Or Spyre is going for pro deals. Honestly, I always thought that would become their 2nd leg of the enterprise. You get in early, in college, then become a lifelong agent for the guys that go pro.

Seems all they do is look at wins and losses and does not matter against who. Lazy

I guess I get to be the anti-moran....

Seriously, I'm very proud of Hyatt and the rest of the 2022 TN VOLS. It was my favorite year of football ever. It's been a while since we've had multiple players on a team that I will always remember. I appreciate Heupel for giving me some awesome memories this season.
