Not that worried about running QBs. Our rush defense has proven itself.

It's all that forward pass stuff that worries me. Slovis did it and now Richardson. Not sure what the answer is, either, or if there is one. Martinez has easily proven himself over the years. Banks, is still unproven in my mind.

I thought most of the time he at least had guys in the area. What killed me were the no calls on Florida’s OL holding.

Even on rewatch when trying to be unbiased, but they didn't call it on either team except for the one where I believe it was Hadden dragged their guys ankle. The refs looked like they didn't know how to call a game-not declaring touchdowns or calling in reviews. the timeout we had to burn to challenge the touchdown where he was obviously in the end zone and then the play stood. Almost understood Nappy trying to go after em.

Our young guys will play more and more as the season goes. Specifically Joseph, West, and Herring. I would love to see Pierce get some real reps as well.

We probably need to more aggressive with the front 7 to help protect the secondary.

Baron and Young are playing too well but Josephs and Pearce are a step faster. They’re not ready to be everydown players physically tho. Nice problem.

The amount of snaps our defense plays they will give up something. I wish they would stick with man and bring the heat to try and force turnovers. Our soft zone is a little too soft.

A couple of other thoughts are number one, we don't have the roster to be where we are right now. That speaks to coaching all techniques, XOs, and team culture. I feel like in year two you really see what you have for better or worse and right now we are overperforming.

Secondly, oline was a concern coming into the year and man are they are playing well. Last night we had a handful of real physical runs and Hendon has stayed pretty clean against good defenses.

Third, huepel is showing he has a good feel for managing games and isn't just an offense first defense never guy. Once we get the roster going I can see us being very spurrier-esque.

All the others bums we rolled in here had some glaringly obvious issues by this point. What a change.

Feels like we really turned a corner with our run game. Really really hope that was true and not just a fluke. Our offense was really oiled up and rolling. Just hold onto the dang ball. And ffs defense get us the ball back quicker!

Some morning positivity... Georgia didn't look like world beaters yesterday against weak competition. Kentucky either. and other teams keep dropping these types of games. We won! Suck it Gators. Now we're coming for the French rednecks!

In the warmer months, they generally wear white at home. I think the later games they typically wear their purples

Yes. They had to get an exemption back in the day when it wasn’t allowed.
