We are considering it. I like a smaller city personally. Easy commutes but still have things like places to eat, airports, etc. I grew up in Chattanooga and that was about the right size I like. We have also considered Knoxville but not sure what to think about the two. Knoxville would be a bigger sized city for sure and have heard traffic is a bit worse there. Thanks for the info though!Yeah, I live in the Huntsville metro area. It's a small city with a lot of potential for growth. The real estate market is pretty hot still but there's a lot of new development. Traffic isn't a nightmare. Good cost of living with plenty of bigger city amenities. It's biggest weakness in my opinion is lack of good local restaurants. Plenty of green spaces and hiking for people that like the outdoors. It border the Tennessee River to the south and Lake Guntersville is 30 minutes away.
Not sure where you currently live, but I generally recommend it for people looking for a good small city experience.
It does seem primed for growth for sure. Lots of good jobs and very central to Atlanta, Nashville, etcI don’t live in Huntsville but it’s a great spot IMO. My sister and BIL have a lake house and small cabin right next door on Guntersville Lake. My nephew also lives there. It’s a fast growing city and it’s only gonna get better. If you wanna move there, I’d suggest to do it now because it’s still cheap and the ROI is gonna be massive IMO.
Been here since '01, but born and raised in Chattanooga... Really good place to live, city is booming and growing steadily... they are spending money to upgrade across the city at all times... Great school systems... surprisingly plenty of sports to see if you are into that, or outdoors/fishing, hiking, hunting, etc...
I thought that was only legal in parts of Nevada??That name, bruh.

It's strange that there are a lot of these type of reaction videos out there, but the company says it takes about 15 minutes before you start to see any changes. . . what's up with that?
