I would go with a fifth rule and it would save more time than the other 4 combined.

One 90 second TV timeout per quarter.
Do that and raise the rate for commercials. It's just absurd.

Even if you hate soccer, all the ad revenue for soccer is in the sideline ads. No commercials during games. Halftime is half commentary and half commercials.

Limit TV timeouts and you get team timeout commercials and that'll reduce runtime.

"No steak for you!"

That was Helen. She's been gone a good while, but never forgotten! The kids own it now, and I don't think it's as good as it was when the parents ran it. I haven't been there in ages-- not since the fire.
I went a few weeks ago and got the ribeye. Wasn't impressed at all. Texas roadhouse was better if you know what I mean.

There is a small walkup place on Middlebrook Pike called M & M BBQ. I think they may have a couple of outdoor tables, but it is mainly carryout. I used to go there a lot when I worked in NW Knoxville. I think it is very good. I love the sides very much too. Fried cabbage and collards for the win.

M&M is still there?! Forgot all about that place! That was my college go to!

Very impressive

During my Belmont years we had a one handed first baseman. He had some power too. It was amazing to watch him field, make a transition with the glove to under his arm pit and then completing the next necessary throw. In our first crosstown game with Vandy it was funny to watch their outfielders cheat in when he came to bat and he cleared the right centerfield wall by plenty. It was not uncommon to be sitting in the stands and catching their fans come to the realization of his issue, many times several innings into the game.

Age is preventing me from recalling his last name but pretty sure he was a Toby. Led his KY HS league in rebounding per his teammates. He played intramural BB at Belmont and he would wear out your kidney area with his stub as you tried to establish low post position. Great guy and with only 350-400 resident students, you got to know a lot of them.
