Well we were also as hot as anyone going into that game. Legit looked like the best team in the country and then couldn't buy a basket.

It's not like they played lights out.

We got off 13 more shots than them. Lost by just 8.

Here's the stickler: 2 of 18 on 3s. That stat line still stings.

That was the toughest part. We finally RAN through the SECT. We were 12-1 in our last 13!! We were sitting around here saying we should be a 2...even 1 seed. We finally had IT...a hot hot hot team going into the tourney.

Blew out the 1st opponent and had the train going full steam.

And just like that...😔


Somehow it wouldn't even surprise me if we flipped the script and actually made the SS. College basketball is so freakin unpredictable. Can we sack up and bring back our #1 defense? That would go a long way to keep a couple teams below 60.

Yeah wouldn't be surprising at all.

We are obviously missing ZZ, but we weren't exactly playing bad basketball at the end.

If we make shots we can beat the likes of Duke.

Nah…. We played like sh&t that game…. Michigan even lost one of their better players early in the game…. Struggled horribly from three and scoring in the second half….. even with all that…. A slightly better plan to handle their post player and we win that game.it’s not a coincidence it always happens to Barnes teams, imo.
