Ok. . . Sally has San Diego State winning by 2-3pts. They are +7.5. What do you do here? Take SDSU +7.5, ML, or Uconn -7.5?
UConn has faced 2 top 20 defenses in the tounmanent in St. Mary’s and Arkansas.. they beat them both by an average of 19 points.I just feel like everyone keeps sleeping on SDSU because they muck it up so much. UConn hasn't played a defense that good in the tournament yet and every team SDSU has faced in the tournament has had an elite offense and they've shut them down.
Charleston
Furman
Bama
Creighton
FAU
All at least top 20 offenses all year.
The only thing is UConn plays very good defense too and FAU is similar on offense and they had that thing won up until the end so I can still see SDSU getting behind and not being able to catch up.
I can confirm as i live dead ass across from the pickleball Mecca itself. Its a nice facility, but Its kinda crazy cause it sat empty for a bunch of years until the pickelball craze ignited. My biggest gripe is the ridiculous parking lot and that ugly paint job.Ive had smoother rides on a boat in choppy seas. The paint is similar to an Ataris themed 80s retro party but hey to each their own I guess..I've got a friend that plays in Bristol. Says the inside courts are really nice. I'm going to go play one day.
So VN Gamer buds... One of you told me Ghost of Tsushima was RDR2 in feudal Japan and that sold me in an instant. I downloaded it shortly after that post and played some of it last night. It's everything I want gaming to be and what's more it's freaking accurate! While most took western civ as their history elective in college, I took Asian studies and believe it or not I also took Iaido. When I took classes tho I used a bokken without a tsuba (plastic tsuba's are common today on bokken's but not traditionally).
My instructor and my classmates thought I was insane (and at one point I questioned the choice too) but there's no better motivator than having your hands and knuckles hit with a bokken or jo. You will learn the right move set and to prevent that pain as quickly as you can. I continued to use a bokken long after I could've used a live sword but I've always felt the bokken is too good of a weapon to shelve for a katana which I treat like a gun (if I pull that out, it's to kill not practice).
This game has me at all points... the history is on but the movements. OMG the draws and cuts are accurate! I remember getting excited when Elden Ring's katana's worked the way a katana should but this is next level.
So thank you for pushing me to download this one early. I would've gotten there eventually but I'm so glad I didn't wait!
