Got some good answers on players to watch. What position group are y’all going to pay particular attention to? Do you think the team will be farther along than they were this time last year?
Spring games are fun to watch( I’m very excited) but they typically tell you very little on how good the team or players are doing…. The most fun will be the overreactions by our fans after the game…. I’m excited to see all the new/younger players.

Don't give credit for loser mentality of giving up on your most beloved team.

It's also just flat out silly to decide what a team is or isn't partway through a season. UConn bball was meh 2 months into the season...
Im giving credit to the team for not having a loser mentality like past ones.

Wtf did I just stumble across? The Council of Andrews?

Some weird shiz that only comes about on the internet.

First I ran across this FB post:

Which then led to wonder why hundreds of people named Andrew were telling this employee named Andrew "NDH"...so I googled NDH meaning and came upon an Urban Dictionary entry by someone named "The Council of Andrews"...ok now we're getting somewhere.

Then I googled this apparent council and came across this bizarre site:

Council of Andrews

So yeah...wtf...

If we do, we may portal shop. Depends on who is out there, and if it's at positions we need help. Could be we put Bishop on scholarship given the reports of how he's done during Spring Practice. JMO, but the only positions I'd say we may need help at are OL and TE (for depth). But if there's a star player that jumps in the portal that instantly makes us better, and he has interest in coming here, you likely don't say no.

And I'm not sure if we really need help at the OL, or if we just need our OL to gel. We just need them to protect Milton. As far as TE, I just wonder if we might need one more for depth? I think we have our starters, but if someone gets hurt...??
Thought Bishop was on scholarship..

Prolly right. My favorite thing about Bo was and will always be the Vols beating him and top-ranked Auburn in Neyland. A top-tier game.

I watched a VHS of that game until I wore the tape out. Didn't Dale Jones break his face-mask on Bo's chest one play?
If not? You won’t hear it from me! 😉 Errybody loved Dale…for good reason. My favorite was Kelly Ziegler…our resident Ray Nitschke.

Mel Kiper moved Darnell Wright up to going No. 9 to Chicago.
Not a problem with taking your guy earlier than his projection, but like the idea of trading down with Pittsburgh at 17 and selecting him there after getting our 2nd pick back and maybe a second the next season. With our luck, someone else will jump on him before 17 tho…he’s climbing.

I say vice versa. He loved baseball and would have stopped his part time “hobby” well short of HOF candidacy imo. We forget just how great he was at his first love. With a fake hip he was still launching homeruns.
Selfishly wish he had focused solely on MLB. AND, I'm a Raiders fan
