My wife just got a 30% raise as an SLP. Works in the First Steps program with birth to 3. She sees a minimum 20 kids a week and there is a waiting list of kids because they don’t have enough PT/OT/DT/Speech for everyone.

Also an ETSU grad if Byron has any questions.
I am a Director of Rehab at a skilled nursing facility in North Carolina and was a DOR at 2 facilities in Tennessee as well as a work in an outpatient clinic. Typically, LTC is the highest paid Therapists although Home Health can pay more but also requires more work due to all the documentation that you have to complete… As the governement looks to make cuts…. The therapy world is the first one that they look to lower reimbursements…. Being a Therapist was amazing 10-15 years ago… It keeps getting more challenging every year. A Therapist is still a good career but there are better, more lucrative careers in a Healthcare field that takes a similar education level as well. I am here if he needs to ask questions as well.

Watching the Orange and White game because I couldn't yesterday.

I'm still so impressed at how everybody, regardless of place on the depth chart (even the walk ons), seem to know where they need to be in a hurry up offense.
Was it perfect? No. But, they still looked very well prepared.

Watching Milton return to the sidelines, you can tell he's a leader and liked among his teammates.

With Milton throwing, I'm not in a hurry to play Nico. But I also can't wait until this offense is his.

Cam Seldon is going to be an absolute stud.

The defense, while sometimes a step or two behind, looked well prepared and positioned for plays.

I cannot wait for the season! 15-0

The D was flying around and having fun, and looked faster than last year. I look for a big improvement on that side of the ball.

College football's rising stars: 23 players to watch entering 2023 season

Squirrel White at #7

White, a slot receiver for the Vols, was stuck behind 2022 Biletnikoff Award winner Jalin Hyatt as a true freshman. When Hyatt sat out of Tennessee’s Orange Bowl showdown against Clemson, White got his chance to shine. He became an immediate favorite for quarterback Joe Milton, hauling in nine catches for 108 yards and one touchdown. While his speed sets him apart, his ability to adjust with the ball in the air and make contested catches is underrated. A full season in a starting role will give him the ability to showcase all his tools

She is majoring in communications since ETSU doesn't have an undergrad speech pathology program. We'll see where she is in a year. Definitely well hit you up with some questions later.

My wife did psych for undergrad then got her master’s there as well. It’s a pretty good program. I think the current or previous chair for ASHA is a professor at ETSU.
