He should have stayed a LB. He would have possibly sniffed the field. Pruitt moved him to RB and he got buried. Pruitt tried both Whitehead and Banks at RB, and moved Banks back to LB, but Whitehead should have been moved too.

I doubt he will be a factor.

It's not being a negavol or pumping up a rival to point out that maybe Heupel's turnaround is a good corollary for a past turnaround by the highest paid coach in college football (a guy I can't stand btw). I'm with you on the Bama turnaround around (or the Smart/UGA one) being way less impressive than what Heupel's done. I started watching SEC football in 1988 though and LSU was largely irrelevant until Saban got there.

You started watching in LSUs down years.
They had some absolutely great football teams prior to that.
Right after I graduated from high school, I got to attend a college cheerleading camp. I met the LSU cheerleaders. Their guy cheerleaders were not so great with the double stunts (lifts, etc) the instructor asked me to help demonstrate and the next thing I know, I am lifting all of their female cheerleaders. They were gorgeous and I was smitten. They asked me to go dancing at a club that night. I was 18 and the previous week the legal age went from 18 to 19. Every bar became very strict. I walked up to the dance club with the LSU squad. The bouncer let them all in with no cover or ID checks. He put his hand on my chest and made me show him my ID. Then wouldn’t let me in. My fantasy night ended right there. 😐 😂
I know that has nothing to do with football, but I watched a lot of LSU football hoping to see those cheerleaders again. LSU had some really good football teams, even if I was looking for the cheerleaders 😎

Can you imagine if CJH was hired instead of pruitt? That’s mind blowing. Wouldn’t happen without AD DW…but what an incredible thing to imagine.

That’s okay.

This year’s 15-0 🤠 will erase a literal ton of grief.

Wouldn’t want you to be questioning the reliability of the programmed knowledge. So how to stop people from questioning? Seems to be programmed to make you feel bad for using unkind words.
