Any of you out there with a big enough brain to explain this to me?
I bought a phone from a guy I know. I reset it to factory settings after removing the SIM card. I haven't put a new card in yet and have just used it with wifi so far.
I usually just leave it at home, because of no mobile data on it. However, I accidentally brought it with me instead of my normal phone today. I got a few notifications and realized I shouldn't be. I turned wifi off and checked the internet and still had connection. . . no sim card and WiFi off, still connected to the internet. How is this possible?
lived in Haw Creek, not too far away. Definitely a nice area, up in Black Mountain. Granted best part of it is Pisgah Brewery.Love the trails there. Especially the peaks. Hard to do it justice by photo.

Nice campus nestled away in the mountains, yet close to Asheville.

Alabama and Georgia will meet during the 2024 regular season in Tuscaloosa, which will be only their fifth regular-season matchup in the past 20 years, sources told ESPN on Wednesday.
With the full 2024 schedule set to be released Wednesday night (7 p.m. ET, SEC Network), some of the other highlights, sources told ESPN, include Texas playing at Texas A&M.
With Texas and Oklahoma joining the league in 2024, the SEC voted to stay at eight conference games for the 2024 season in a bridge schedule before determining a more permanent schedule for the future, which includes potentially adding a ninth conference game.
Given that we had 2 of the top 3 regular season viewed games:
We'll probably keep UGA
So basically the original schedule and trade Mizzou for Oklahoma.@ Vandy
Vs Bama
Vs Florida
@Georgia
Vs UK
@USCjr
Oklahoma
@ Ole Miss
Ratings City baby
Vols-UGA, Vols-Bama, Vols-SC were our biggest ones this year I think
This is so hilarious that the commissioner, ADs, and Presidents are like "get the most tv ratings we can possibly get so we can go to the tv deal negotiating table with tremendous leverage"
ESPN is going to have to give them everything, or they're gonna get 3-5 different services to break off mega money.
