What is actually going on? I haven’t paid that much attention. Thought I understood that the SC ruled that schools would not be involved in NIL so the NCAA could not either. If it is separate and legal for recruits, what exactly is the NCAA trying to do to control it? How is anything they do not going to bring on another lawsuit? Why are states even having to pass laws to keep them out of the NIL?
