I attribute my zero cardiac calcium score on consistent pork intake. I also have a very high family cardiac risk level. I’m attributing the difference between myself and my family being dependent on tobacco use (I don’t). And I dodged the Diabetes gene (so far).
Just kidding with you about the pork. That sucks. I hope you keep going at least into your 90s and beyond.
Have you looked into HIIT training. It’s at least equal To old school cardio. I personally think it’s better.
I take Omega 3 fish oil capsules daily and have since my 40s. I’m positive that it helps with my cardiovascular system even though I take it for the natural anti- inflammatory effects.
I take 3 capsules daily. 1-2 is strictly for cardiac. 3 for arthritis pain. I used to be very weather affective. I knew when the barometric pressure was going to drop before it actually did. I now blissfully have no clue what the weather is doing.
My personal recommendation is
Nature Bounty (dark green bottle)
Odor Less (make sure the bottle says that)
Omega 3 fish oil.
Take 3 per day and altogether is fine. No need to spread it out.
Give it a month to work. It only took a week for me.
The reason I pay a little bit more for the Odor Less is that I have never tasted the fish oil. The fish oil is from sardines and anchovies and is disgusting to taste.
It’s usually buy one get one free at Kroger’s.
Costco carries it as well for 1/2 the price of Kroger’s, so equivalent.
I tried krill oil, but it didn’t seem to work for me. I tried multiple other brands and always tasted the fish oil.
TRY away…it’s your dime. That’s not defeatism, it’s recognition of reality. Players who’ve reached SEC level have already experienced expectations and exceeded them. They either follow suit at this next level or they don’t. Magically muting fan interest wouldn’t change that dynamic. It is in our best interest to try and change expectations to something approaching common sense...you have a voice to at least try and do that much.
Just because idiots are gonna idiot...doesn't mean I should just let it go.
Titans signing Hopkins wouldn’t be a terrible move. He’s still a good player. Him, Burks and Chig make a good trio. Combined with the RBs and new look O Line it should be a bit better than last year. No Todd downing (that’s worth a Touchdown more per game by itself). Titans get back Harold Landry too he missed all last year. Added some guys. I think it’ll be a good team. Better than the Jaguars who barley escaped at home vs Walmart and Kroger boys playing in the two toned blue in the final 2 minutes
Well it will be him and Burks first and foremost
Defenses don't always respect Tannehill and they certainly still respect Derrick Henry, which in theory gets Hopkins a very good chance to exploit coverages downfield. RT can get the ball down there.
I mean I don't know what the Titans are trying to do, but if they want to give themselves another shot at making a run anytime soon with their current roster they need Hopkins.
My point is, there will be people looking at Hooker and Hyatt leaving and say "uh oh." My question would be, were you touting them last year? Were you touting Hyatt? Are you touting Squirrel White now? You will be talking about him a lot come fall. This offense is going to make Star offensive players every year. Whether it's Milton, who looked like a totally different guy in their bowl game. Whether it's Nico. Offense is not going to be the reason they lose games. If I'm a Tennessee fan I know that and can at least take comfort in that.
Possibly but in my field….. we have investigations….. it goes through legal and legal won’t allow us to disclose anything.Northwestern didn't want the evidence out though. In the articles where the witnesses were quoted, one mentioned that he wanted the details of the report released to the public. IOW, the ones making the allegations were calling for full sunlight - disclosure. Northwestern had every intention of sweeping it under the rug but those quotes were enough to spook them. The full report must be pretty horrible.
I was barely 2 months old in 1948 when Satchel Paige entered the game, but I remember it vividly. What a day for baseballJuly 9, 1948
After more than 20 years in the Negro Leagues, pitcher Satchel Paige became the oldest player to debut in the major leagues when he relieved Cleveland Indians starter Bob Lemon in the fourth inning of a 5-3 loss to the St. Louis Browns at Cleveland Municipal Stadium. Paige was 42 years and two days old.

Doc, I was in the meat business for 43 years. Bacon comes from the pork belly and none of it tastes like turkeyI will take your word for it. I’m going to stick with normal pork bacon though.
I have read where center cut pork bacon is equivalent to the turkey bacon. Can’t remember where I read that, but that’s good enough for me health wise.![]()
