I've got a chair and a small table in my backyard. It is not under any trees or roof, just kinda sitting out on the pool deck area.

The past few weeks I've notice something pretty strange. After sitting there for a minute, I'll feel something drop on me. At first I thought it was a bug flying into me. Then I saw what it was. . . a small piece of dirt, about the size of a BB.

Since I've noticed this for the first time a few weeks ago, every time I sit there, a little piece of dirt about the size of a BB hits me somewhere. . . shoulder arm, leg, etc.

Its really strange, because there are no trees or anything above the chair for a good distance. The dirt is too big to be blown by a gust of wind and the wind is never really blowing hard when it happens anyway.

Is @Sally somehow responsible for this? 😂

Really, can anyone explain this?

Higher power telling you to drop your obsession with AI before it becomes a dirty hell on earth reality? 😳

Or you missed @Weezer there throwing little dirt clods every time you sit there. He may or may not be stalking you in a nonjudgmental manner of course. 😂

If it’s @Weezer , it may not be dirt clods. He is very furry…dingleberries are an issue for him. 🤮

Having driven both, I will say. If it were today, Id buy the frontier. Slightly more HP, looser suspension, much more posh interior. More attractive options in the $49K range. For instance, gotta have a sun roof. Toyota doesnt include that until the Ltd package, I believe, at this point I would envision a loaded Taco is north of $50K.

Here's the common denominator, and listen. I can change oil, tires, and possibly an air filter😂.

Folks who know what the haites they're talking about say Nissan's are more expensive to fix on the backend.

Ive tried and tried other brands. In the end, long term its always best to go Toyota. So even if I looove that Frontier now. In ten years, when the tranny is out. Toyota, with its road noise, will be stretching saying 'ok, im warmed up.'

Okay, when you’re posting about a tranny being out, suddenly I feel like you are not talking about vehicles anymore. Or is all the previous portion of the post code for something else?

@Weezer doesn’t judge, but I am reading this and thinking WTF? 😂

Well, I will be buying used whatever I get. Nissan's used to have a really great reputation and I owned a Frontier years ago. In the past several years I have not seen great reviews for Nissan vehicles in general, but Toyotas seem to have solid reviews without many systemic issues with quality.

I have a 2018 Chevy Tahoe that already has 142k miles on it. Bought it new. Love the vehicle. Buddy of mine finally got a new Tahoe after putting over 350k on a suburban.
I got a great deal on mine through a patient that works for GM. I’m going to my Tahoe until it literally falls apart. I’m averaging 21-22 mpg. It’s great for road trips. Can carry everything we need and on highway only, I get up to 25 mpg. Coolest thing on the highway at cruising speeds, the engine drops from an 8 cylinder to a 4 cylinder and mpg jumps up to 28-30 mpg. I have a lead foot or I would get even better mpg. 😎

That active fuel management stuff on gm motors is the death of them. Lifter issues are a major issue

Calling out to my Asheville brethen

Need a recommendation for a cool Saturday night restaurant for a couple, low key birthday with amazing food.

And no, no Bee's need apply.
It’s not necessarily Asheville but we really like the Pisgah Inn’s restaurant. Amazing views on the Blue Ridge Parkway and very good food.

Is that S Asheville? May try Hendo or Brevard if out that way. We got married in Brevard. Beautiful place.

Btw, have heard great reviews on PI.

I've put it together. @Enki_Amenra is accidentally programming the machine learning that's teaching AI what humanity is actually like. Thus, the terminator war outbreak and billions killed. The machines hate us because they think we're all Enkis.

"They have no taste in comedy films. They must be destroyed."

There will never, ever be a Batman movie that will can or top what I envisioned, and what was portrayed in these films. Frank Millers vision was taken to the next rung.

The Dark Knight is the perfect "Superhero" movie. By far the best embodiment of Batman and Gotham and The Joker.

I think it’s technically considered Canton. We’ve been a few times and it’s a great experience. The Inn stays booked up for months in advance.

The wife Loves Strada Italiano in Asheville and you mentioned 12 Bones for BBQ but you need to try Bear’s Smokehouse if you haven’t already.
