I grew up in Knoxville and have lived in Seymour for 25 years. It is growing. I love it. It still seems to have some of that small town ambience. Schools are solid, but not exceptional. Lots of development. Lots of new homes. Some decent places to eat. Traffic is not too bad. I always feel very safe there. What else do you want to know? Very good property tax rates as well.Tell me about Seymour. Thinking of uprooting from the west side of the state and I’m intrigued. Also intrigued by the entire metro of Knox, but Seymour seems to be in growth
